1. Furman SS6B Power Conditioner

Furman SS6B Power Conditioner

The switch is illuminated. RFI noise is attenuation. Heavy-duty construction.

Brand: Furman

👤I bought this to reduce electrical noise, but it actually increases it. I used a noise monitor to check it out. The noise from the outlet was 76 mVpp, and from the Furman it was 84 mVpp. I wonder if it focuses only on the 60 kHz frequencies, or if it also measures anything between 10 and 10 MHz, based on the reviews. It has a 15 ft cord and heavy duty surge protectors. Since my house doesn't have many electrical outlets and most standard surge protectors have shorter cords, it's useful for me. It doesn't do a good job of controlling electrical noise. It might be able to pick out certain frequencies. The total noise has gone down to less than 20 mVpp, thanks to the Greenwave electrical noise filter.

👤The metal construction, wall mountable, illuminated on/off switch, and indicator light are pros. There are no published specifications on the total Jules of surge protection, no master off feature, and no information on whether it cuts power after surge protection is over. It's just a sturdy power strip without the surge protection information.

👤I didn't think I'd be surprised by a surge protector. The new speakers in my office hummed a bit at louder volumes. I was going to get two of these to try a theory from the internet. Strip 1 is powered by a pair of Monoprice K-Bas and Strip 2 is powered by a pair of Schiit Modi 2. These aren't power conditioners. A person is an alien. The amplifier is louder without changing settings. It's amazing. Same results with my amplifier. The lack of low end is what I want to compensate for. Adding another amplifier to the same source/power strip will hopefully not affect the performance improvements.

👤The product quieted the board.

👤I bought this for my MoFi turntable setup, which was plugged into a cheap surge protector I had laying around. I used to have issues with my studio monitors, but I am not sure if I need to do that now that I have an amplifier and speakers. I noticed improvements immediately after I swapped everything for this surge protectors. The power supply to my phono stage doesn't have a power switch, so I have the benefit of being able to turn on the power supply to my speakers whenever I want. I am starting to have some issues a year later. The hum came back and I needed to remove the power supply from this strip. I can't have the amplifier plugged into the same strip as the speakers because I don't know what happened. The plugs are not isolated in a way that prevents the hum. I don't know if I can recommend this for audio setup anymore. I wish it was not black.

👤I always use a surge protector when plugging my amplifier into a wall, because I'm a pro musician. I ordered this one after breaking the last one. This is more suitable for gigging, with solid metal construction, extra-long cord, and a good rep for power accessories. No noises or anything from my amplifier. It's all black so it blends into the stage better. I wish it were made in the US, but it is. If you keep your own quality control, Made In China can be quite good. I recommend this piece of gear over the usual stuff at the electronics stores.

2. TII 220 Ground Isolator Applications

TII 220 Ground Isolator Applications

The shield of the cable can cause noise and degrade the picture quality if the ground loop current is unwanted. It was designed to work with high bandwidth CATV networks. The unit comes standard with male and female connections. The In-Line design is impedance matched to 75 ohms and transparent to all signals from 5 MHz to 1.0 GHz. Excellent RFI shielding of > 85 dB is provided by the metallic housing. The housing is sealed against humidity.

Brand: Tii Network Technologies

👤The hum in my home theater system was tracked down by me. The hum was coming from the rest of my home theater system, thanks to the HDMI cable from the cable box. The hum still came through the system even if the cable box was off. The speakers all have the same annoying sound. When I listen to music late at night, the hum was at its most apparent and made me angry. I decided to give this isolator a try after reading the reviews here. The hum is gone. Music is coming from a silent background. It's the same for cable TV, Fire sticks, and the like. This was the cheapest improvement I've ever made to the system. The low level hum was making the sound bad. If you have a cable box in your audio/video system, you should try this isolator. Highest rating!

👤I spent a lot of money on a new home theater setup with a 7 X 200 Watt amplifier, high end head unit, $4000 in speakers alone, and an amplifier that weighed 100 pounds. It took a long time and a lot of research to get the cable from the wall. This little device did what a high end surge protector and all the beautiful equipment couldn't, it silenced all the noise and made me feel better. The system functions as it was supposed to, but only until the input is selected. Thank you for the simple fix. A big time fan.

👤Whenever I connect something in my system to my wired cable outlet behind the center, I get a nasty hum from my powered sub. The speaker wires that run under the floor to my rear speakers are too close to the electric line to the furnace. I have no idea why a speaker wire only shows this when I hook up a cable TV wire. I can use my cable outlets again if this is plugged in.

👤I integrated a new stereo amplifier into my home theater. When my components were switched to certain modes, there was a noticeable hum. I found out that the hum may be the result of our cable box after online research. I tested it with my own equipment and found that it was a cable box. Someone recommended this device to me and I bought it. I attached the cable to the isolator by attaching it to the back of the cable box. It took about a minute. The hum was completely eliminated by it. It was worth every penny.

👤Immediately after installation, the hum was removed. The equipment is used. Problem: When I installed, 60 cycle hum is gone. When the cable box was plugged into AC power, volume control didn't make it louder or quieter. I got the hum when the coax and the HDMI cable were plugged into the preamplifier. I got the hum if I touched the shield on the cable. They spent 6 hours installing a new cable line from the pole to the house to try to reduce the line noise. They grounded the house cable line and replaced it with an active one. At the time, I knew that none of these efforts would fix the problem, but I did get a better signal from Comcast. The ground loop was caused by my audio equipment being powered from the Furman, which caused the ground loop to be at different voltages. This $20 isolation transformer is a perfect solution to this problem, it uses a pair of transformers so that DC won't pass through the line, and it's packaged in a very compact design. I put this right on the Furman's input so that it isolated my audio gear, as I don't seem to have any problems with my other two cable boxes. The TVs and sound bars are not needed as the audio gear is all grounded, so it's the only place it's needed.

3. InstallGear Ground Isolator Noise Filter

InstallGear Ground Isolator Noise Filter

It is designed to eliminate ground loop noise. Humming and buzzing noises are reduced. Humming and buzzing noises are reduced.

Brand: Installgear

👤I realized that my issue was caused by a ground loop when I had some buzzing in my audio. My amplifier's ground was about 30mV higher than my DAC's ground, which was connected to ground via PC'susb port. The grounds were connected to the amplifier by connecting the cables from the DAC to it. The signal can pass through the ground loop isolator, but it can't be isolated. The grounds were no longer connected and the ground loop was eliminated. I haven't noticed a change in audio quality or response when using this product, and I am very impressed with it.

👤I put in speakers and a amplifier in my truck. The cheap head unit was installed by me. It sounded good, but the alternator whined. The system was unlistenable at low volume because of it. I used a nice shielded RCA cable to make sure the RCA didn't cross paths with any power wires, but nothing would get rid of that awful whine. I didn't have high hopes for this $10 filter, but I figured it was cheap enough to try it. It worked well. The amplifier is playing clear, no hiss, whine or anything. A nice quiet noise floor. There is no impact on output or sound quality. Another reviewer pointed out that the label seems to be backwards. The male and female plugs into the amplifier and head unit, respectively. It took less than a minute to solve my problem.

👤I tried many ground loop isolators. I had a radio shack version that worked well but is no longer available. I tried the new version. The construction quality was not the same, it was cheaper and smaller, and it didn't work. I tried some of the other big store brand ones, but they acted like a transmitter and amplified the signal. I had a radio shack that looked like this one, and I finally tried it. I got a winner. I don't hear any noise in my car radio. I highly recommend this ground loop if you are looking for a working loop.

👤This was as advertised. I was pretty sure that I had a ground loop-type problem because I had researched and found that there were a lot of stereo and TV jacks. I isolated the problem to the jacks on my computer, using a trial and error method. My hum/buzz went away when I unplucked the jack. I was hoping that the Ground loop isolator would solve the problem. Prime 2-day shipping is free. I'm all set! I have not tested the sound quality of the ground loop isolator from the TV to the stereo. The hum/buzz is over! 5 stars!

👤This product works well. I have a 1400 watt car audio amplifier that had hum noise from the front two speakers and the rear two speakers. I bought a device to see if it would work, and it did cut out most of the noise. The noise is gone after you buy another one for the rear two speakers. The sound quality of my stereo is not affected. The product input and output are not the same. Plug the other end of the amplifier into your Stereo and you're good to go. The wrapping was put on backwards.

4. JABINCO Ground Loop Noise Isolator

JABINCO Ground Loop Noise Isolator

The buzzing noise is caused by ground loops which happens when the audio source and the speaker use the same power source in some car speakers and home stereo systems. The working principle of this noise isolator is to eliminate the current noise in some car speakers and home stereo systems. The AUX Jack is connected to the ground loopisolator to eliminate noise. Good quality sound will be enjoyed when you use the Ground loop noise isolator. It works with any portable device that has 3.5mm audio jacks. Also used with a home stereo and a car audio system. They are manufacturers. If you buy more than 100. There will be a good price. They are manufacturers. If you buy more than 100. There will be a good price.

Brand: Jabinco

👤It's a ground loop isolator that's used as an AC transformer. The cheapest available at the time of writing, it reduces audible interference from a ground loop, to the point of being unnoticeable in a car. The cable included with my unit was detrimental to audio quality, despite what one assumes are 1:1 windings on the transformer. Out of hundreds of cables I've encountered over the years, few have been worse than this. The unit is functioning well. There was a drop in volume when I put it between two things. I'm sure I'm losing some audio quality, but there's no way I'd notice it for my use case inside a car.

👤The filter does what it's advertised to do. Also small and out of the way. The filter removed too much of the sound and noise from the music, and as a person who likes music, it was hard to listen to it. It is possible to make it less noticeable that something is missing by turning up some of your bass and mid-range. When you know what the music was supposed to sound like, you'll notice that part of the audio information is gone. I would rather listen to the noise and have full-fidelity music than use the filter for this case. It would be perfect for a phone case.

👤When I attached a receiver to my Bose headphones, there was crackling and buzzing. It cut out all the noise, but also cut out the left speaker. I did a bunch of tests with different cords and different headphones and discovered that the product used to remove the left channel from any headset used any aux cords. The product alone does not remove the left channel from wired headsets. I was able to return it because the manufacturer said it was faulty. I'm going to try a different brand. I don't think this supports microphones but I don't use my headset microphone so I didn't care about that part.

👤The audio quality when I wired my Satellite Radio into the Aux on my Boss BE7ACP was terrible. The sound quality was close to AM Radio, as the car accelerated and the noise from the alternator was loud. The bass hits to my speakers were loud but not as loud as the thumps. This was not acceptable. This box fixed the issue completely. I can't say for sure it was perfect because I was listening to a rock song the other day at moderate volume and there was a crackle in the bass. It sounds like a pebble hitting the door. It wasn't steady during the hit on the drums. This is not acceptable for a HiFi fanatic. It's fine for a person like me who is tired of tearing apart the dashboard. I know that the variety that the PAC sells requires power that is better suited for the 3.5mm and goes through the RCA. I don't know if it will become an issue, but I won't test that for now. This works just fine for a simple plug-and-play solution, and it's also half the price of the PAC version. The rule of thumb for an audio enthusiast is to get what you pay for. I have no idea why SiriusXM doesn't include one of these with their radios.

5. Polk Audio PSW10 Powered Subwoofer

Polk Audio PSW10 Powered Subwoofer

A power hungry vehicle. For extra bass and punch, a 10-inch Dynamic Balance woofer and a directed port provide accurate bass with added depth. A perfect solution for a small room. Even at low frequencies, the sound is rich and deep, even at high volume. The speaker plays the most demanding nodes without any distortion. The power to 100 Watts of Dynamic Power can be doubled with the in-built 50- watt amplifier. This sub is highly durable and fit for use. It is easy to integrate with existing systems. Variable 80-160 Hz and 40-160 Hz frequencies. A sleek grille on the front, speaker and line-level inputs, as well as speaker-level outputs on the back, make this sub cohesive and complete!

Brand: Polk Audio

👤The glowing reviews for the PSW10 came to me after I had gone through three smaller 8” subs. It was better than anything I had before, and it was every bit as good as they say. I was so impressed with the musical performance that I began budgeting for something even better. The PSW10 cost 5x more than the SVS SB12-NSD, but many forums claimed it was light years ahead of it. I found the claims to be exaggerated after breaking in my new SVS. It could reach down to a bone-rattling 15hertz, which I like, but may not be everyone's cup of tea. For every other attribute, the PSW10 was 80% the quality of the SVS. I had to replay a bunch of songs side by side with both subs and assign a 10% more tightness to the SVS. Maybe some people consider that last 10% improvement night and day, but I just call it 10%, as in only really noticeable when compared side to side. I agree with many other reviewers that the PSW10 is perfect. Nothing can be done at its price point.

👤I had a Denon receiver and ordered 2 of these. I figured I might as well try it. I read an article on an A/V forum that said that 2 lesser expensive woofers is better in a home theater than 1 single premium one, because it will fill the room better and matter less where you're sitting for how you hear the bass response. I am blown away. I have one on either side. They sound great with games, music and movies. Replacing my theater in a box sub sounds terrible. I watched the Dark Knight and it was crazy how much more powerful the guns, cars, and punches were with the better bass and music of the films. Weapons firing and explosions in games will shake the walls if you want them to. I'm sure a single one of these would be a huge upgrade over theater in a box subs, but with a pair, they really shine. Highly recommended.

👤I bought two of them because my Pro Sub 1000 died after 8 years. The purchase was based on the reviews. The receiver has two outputs. I decided to get two when I only had one. I was a bit underwhelmed at first. I was expecting a lot more bass, but it wasn't the case. It didn't have the same effect as my DT. I was expecting the cost of the DT to be under 200, but it is close to $500. After messing with the output of my speakers and receiver, I finally got a decent sound that I can live with. I have to keep the volumn on the subs to get the results I want. I only had to have half of it. I don't play music on my system, so I don't have a review of the sound quality. I'm glad I got two. There will be additional review after two days. I will now rate these as a 5 star after I realized that the lack of bass from these speakers was caused by an operator error. I didn't have the output to the sub turned up from minimal. Once I started cranking it up, I got more bass. Excellent. I can turn down the master volume on the speaker. The auto shutoff feature was malfunctioning. It wouldn't wake up on a signal return when it went into sleep mode. I didn't have a high enough output to the sub on my receiver. It works great after another issue was solved. Very happy with the purchase.

Brand: Vskey

👤It helps to keep "THEM" from reading my thoughts when I put them in my helmet. Do you believe?

👤I use this to insulate the wiring on my computer speakers. The static coming through the speakers was almost unbearable, but I have to keep my cell phone nearby. I bought 5mm chokes that snap around the wiring to the speakers without being too snug or damaging the wire. I probably could have used the 3mm and had the same results. The interference isn't completely gone, but it is reduced. It is barely noticeable now.

👤These will fit about the size of a computer mouse cord or a hair bigger for those who don't know about their size. Good luck.

👤I didn't know what these were, attached to many products I had purchased in the past. The noise cable rings were not included in the new Vtech phone system I purchased. I looked in my Amazon box and found the rings listed. This pack of ten allowed me to install on more items in my home. The background sound on my phone line explained why you need them. They are small and work well.

👤I put one on each speaker and one on my headset because I was having a little buzzing in my 5.1 speakers. They work well and are priced well. One of my packs had broken clips. I wrapped a ziptie around it and it seems to be working.

👤Speaker wires are running parallel with power cords. Dumb. I had bad popping and static and these eliminated it.

👤I'm not sure if this is a good product. It doesn't work on my cables in my truck.

👤You can use ham radio equipment in close proximity to a 1500 watt transmitter. These are installed on speaker wires to stop RF from messing with my computer. Good!

7. Ground Loop Isolator Transformer Eliminator

Provides superior RF performance. The metal shell is made of copper. Ground loops are eliminated, lightning strikes are prevented and electronic equipment is protected. Female to male is the type of F connector.

Brand: N / A

👤I spent $400 to find the right piece to tame my speakers after installing the outlaw x7000 amplifier, for some reason it makes all my speakers hum, I tried connecting all the cables and the noise wasn't there when I connected the emotiva basx 5. I will save the IFI isolator if I get into this problem again. Highly recommended.

👤I started getting a 'Huh' in the speakers of two different audio systems that I use for watching movies. A technician from the service provider came to check out the roof. He said that nothing could be done about it. A friend recommended injecting a 'GROUND LOOP ISOLATOR' between the CABLE FROM THE ROOF and the INPUT of the CABLE BOX. It worked out. No more 'hum' in either system! What's noteworthy is that 'SPECTRUM' was unaware of the solution.

👤I worked with coax for a while and I had a faint hum coming from my FIOS system, if I would unhook the coax it would drop off completely, I went to the entire system to check it out, and I found that it was coming from the source outside. If you want to introduce noise into your high equipment, you can use a galvanic isolation device for $12. This guy screams quality not cheap at all, and his inline to cable box is going in. It's worth 2 times as much.

👤This is the third one I tried. It works well. The fact that there is a male and female end is great. The male end was connected to the X1 CATV box. I have speakers that eliminate noise.

👤I tried a new UPS with a coax filter, but it interfered with some of my HD channels. This one did a better job of covering the frequencies than the UPS filter. This item was perfect. There was no buzz in my speakers. There is more to say.

👤The ground loop on my Denon system was fixed when the Xfinity DVR was connected. There have been no apparent issues with the functions of the TV. It seems perfect so far.

👤The headline says it all. It's great at reducing a small hum that pops up, but causes video to be frozen on all channels. Same with another model. Will have to deal with the hum. When signal is pushed through, I can't hear it.

👤I have been dealing with irritations with Xfinity not being able to fix their outside home from their connection. The tech calls have been a waste of time. My stereo system was making a loud noise. The sound went away when I put this on the back of the cable box. This is great.

8. XtremPro Hi End Ground Isolator High Fidelity

XtremPro Hi End Ground Isolator High Fidelity

THD: 0. The input impedance is 12 k. The range is between 30 and 000 Hz. 2 Inputs and 2 Outputs are included in the price. The weight is 3. 54" x 2. 5" x 1.

Brand: Xtrempro

👤I had a low level sound in my audio in my home theater. I added a pure earth ground wire from the yard to the ground rod in the attic and into the outlet to connect my audio video system. Also have a power conditioner. I connected the a/v receiver to the amplifier for my ceiling speakers and it calmed it down a bit. This was the last resort and it fixed everything. I am so happy! I connected this to my amplifier to power my ceiling speakers. My sound is also more full.

👤The isolator box is small. When a ground loop problem arises, always keep these on hand. Well made unit. These work well at the end of ground loop problems. Metal housing can be used for shielding. The lower subsonic bass frequencies are not dismissed very lightly. Don't use these with subs that go into the range. That would require a ground isolator that is designed to allow the sound of a sonic boom to pass.

👤I bought this product for the hum I was getting between an amplifier and an active crossover. The results were disappointing after installing this product. There was no improvement to the hum I purchased this for. The Rolls HE18 Hum Eliminator completely eliminated the ground loop and gave me the background I was looking for. I returned the device for a refund.

👤When I played games on my PC, there was a buzzing noise. I narrowed it down to the sound of my subs. I started searching for answers after trying a few things, like changing where I plugged in and getting a better power strip. I came across this product and a review that described the situation. The problem has been completely solved by placing this product between my receiver and sub amplifier. I don't know if a cheaper product would have done the same thing, but this one feels very solid and works.

👤I've been doing car audio for a long time and this Mercedes that I'm doing 2002 has just got a lot of alternator whine new this new patch cables and I grounded everything triple time still had a home to it.

👤I had a problem with my sub-woofer making a loud noise when I played video games on my PC. My TV was connected to my receiver through the LFE sub-woofer cable, my PC was connected to the TV through the HDMI 2.0 cable, and my receiver was connected to the TV through the HDMI (ARC) cable. I tried everything to fix it, like plugging in the sub-woofer, PC and receiver into different outlets, trying different sub-woofer cables, etc. Nothing worked. This puppy was ordered. Problem solved! Silence on my sub-woofer! I never write reviews but I had to because I was so frustrated by my problem that the product solved it right away. If you want to be able to connect from sub-woofer to ground isolator, you need to order another sub-woofer cable. Great product!

👤I was running cables under the floor from one system to another. Since it was a different room, I couldn't plug all my electronics into the same source. The result was a ground hum. I like to push the volume. Especially with metal and prog. The hum would get louder. This was an immediate fix. It's worth the money. Many thanks for the product. A good one.

9. BESIGN Ground Isolator Stereo System

BESIGN Ground Isolator Stereo System

The noise isolator is used when the audio source and the speaker use the same power source in some car speakers and home stereo systems. You can enjoy clean and clear music and audio by eliminating the current noise in some car speakers and home stereo systems. Works with any device that has a 3.5mm jack, even if the grounding issues persist. You could also use a car kit with a home stereo. Being mini, portable and light, plug and play, no battery need or button, all you need to do is to plug in the ground loop isolator. Plug and play is portable and light-weight. The package contains a user manual and 3.5mm audio cable.

Brand: Besign

👤No idea what's inside, but it sounds like it's doing ground isolation by using a very low value cap. The bass disappears when you connect this thing with your audio source. It's not recommended for people who like music.

👤There is an update (1+) years. I have been using 2 of these in my virtual pinball game and they are working great. I'm playing music from my new laptop while I work from home. I haven't time or energy to fix the outlet that is powered from our old house. I get the classic 60hz hum. Not with this product! I'm going to buy a 3rd for my office. I'm very pleased with the first day of use. I'm building a pinball game that involves assembling electronics and hardware inside a cabinet. See the photo. The mix includes multiple power sources, two low-end amplifiers, and 2 sets of speakers that can be used for music, voices, and more. It was no surprise that both audio sources had a lot of noise when I got it up and running. I tried many things and had no luck. I thought I'd try it, but I was not sure it would work. It got rid of the steady hum and also sporadic cracks and pops after I plugged it in. I just bought one to try it out, but will order another one.

👤This works well. I can't fix a ground loop noise on a source that drives me insane at times. I put one of these on the input to my mixer and the noise was greatly reduced. Not zero, unfortunately. I put it on the output of the mixer. Completely gone. There is a caveat. It's mostly ok with lows, but really low frequencies are rough on it and something like an extremely low bass hit can end up clipping very badly indeed. They're not quite the quality transformers that they should be for audio isolation purposes.

👤I was playing games on my computer while wearing headphones. I found that the power use for the game was increased because of the electrical interference caused by the graphics card or power supply. The solutions that were recommended were a sound card, an external device, and an external device. I tried the sound card and it didn't help the noise. The buzzing whine was completely removed from my headphones. I am very impressed. It doesn't seem to affect the sound quality. It really reduced the volume that I hear. I ran with my headphones reduced to the max volume from the windows controls, and then further reduced in each application. I had to increase that to 100% in windows and a tiny amount in each application in order to return to the volume I had before using it. This is fine for me because my setup was always capable of pumping out a higher volume before I started using this device. Make sure your set up can raise the volume enough to make up for the lower volume you'll get when you buy this. It works great and is cheap. If it breaks quickly, I will update this.

10. Isolator Eliminate Buzzing Completely Playing

Isolator Eliminate Buzzing Completely Playing

The buzzing noise is caused by ground loops which happens when the audio source and the speaker use the same power source. The principle is to eliminate the current noise in some car speakers and home stereo systems. Plug and Play is a nifty little device that plugs in. The AUX Jack in the car can be connected to the ground loopisolator to eliminate noise. Good quality sound will be enjoyed when you use the Ground loop noise isolator.

Brand: Ziocom

👤The noise isolator was the perfect solution for my humm issues when I was connecting my unbalanced Rodecaster Pro to balanced equipment. It's so easy to use. Plug and play! The noise was being created between the two systems. Not just for car audio. It got a strong five star rating from me and my honest recommendation, considering the super-affordable price and the fact that it did exactly what I hoped it would. No need for expensive noise eliminators. Try this first before your wallet is ruined by high-priced gear. If you found my review helpful, please let Amazon know by clicking the "helpFUL" button below.

👤I had to get rid of the constant humming because the audio jack from the mixer and the projector need to stream zoom at the same time, so I had to use a laptop to do it. I found sound loop isolators as a possible fix after searching online. I don't want to spend too much more on setting up audio equipment, so I settled on this product. I'm glad I did. I could but be happy. The annoying humming feedback was gone after I plugged everything else in. I wasn't sure if it would work because it looked so small, but I'm glad I was proven wrong. I will recommend others to them if I need to. 5 stars from me.

👤This will work well for the casual user. I had an issue with a ground loop in my stereo amplifier. I measured the plots on the HP 8903B Audio Analyzer and found that the low frequencies are quieter and the distortion is much flatter. I like the product and it didn't introduce any of hiss at 8k+, so I would recommend it. It gives you what you pay for. It is also 180 out of phase. See the photos.

👤Over the years, I have bought 3 of these. A low cost transformer is inside. The grounds of the source device are isolated from the amplification device. I connect computer audio output to high quality monitor speakers. There is a small amount of bass loss. I boost it back up. If you increase the output of the source by a lot, the transformers will start to saturate. Keep the source gains down and increase the speaker input gains. Now that you have isolated the speakers with this device, the background noise will go down a lot.

👤The hum and buzzing from my external speakers connected to my laptop were worse after trying different speakers, different cables, and placing the device closer to the speaker, than before. The money was wasted. I think I should count my blessings because it has become less frequent for Amazon to deliver on time.

👤This info comes from a career audio engineer who has been searching for a product like this for a long time. This product did not change the sound or volume of my input source. Many of you have experience with the grounding problems that are not limited to simple car audio. I experience these issues on a daily basis in my work. The Ziocom Ground loop noise isolator performs exactly as it claims. After placing the passive device in line with the "aux" cable and headphones, my grounding issues were solved. No more "whining" sound during acceleration, and no more "data bleeps" when my phone is connected to my car, home stereo, or any of the professional sound systems I use on a regular basis. I have found that the shorter "jumper" aux cable that is provided to plug from the device can be a problem, so I simply use a different cable and make sure to have it in a position in which it won't be under any strain. This is the only reason for the star rating. It is a cheap and easy solution for a problem. If you have a problem with your product, the seller can replace it. There was no sign of loss or a reduction of bushes.

11. Klipsch Synergy Subwoofer Cerametallic Front Firing

Klipsch Synergy Subwoofer Cerametallic Front Firing

The front-firing Cerametallic woofers are Spun copper. The driver is 12-inch. It's compatible with almost any receiver. The grille is strong and flexible. The contemporary finish is easy to integrate with any decor. The dimensions are 16” H x 14” W x 19.25” D. The box has a Sub 120 Subwoofer and power cord. The corner is where you want your subwoofer to be for optimal performance.

Brand: Klipsch

👤The sub didn't work out of the box. There was no sound or buzz test. I called customer support and was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up, tried multiple times with no luck, and got an email response a week later saying they didn't forget me. It's funny. He called Klipsch support with no answer, and finally set up a return to Amazon after calling Amazon very helpful. Without Amazon's help, I would be stuck, I like Klipsch but don't count on their support.

👤This is not my first Klipsch component, but it will not be my last. The Klipsch R12 SW was damaged during a move and I bought this to replace it. I paid more for the R12 SW but the Black Label looks more high end. The two units look the same. Klipsch is the main audio speaker in my house. Well made and sound good.

👤I own a JBL system and love it. The.1 is actually two 10" 550P's with 300/500 Watts. The problem is that they are ver clean with thick cabinets. It's great for music enjoyment, but not for Home Theatre. When the Death Star passed by or the Law rocket was fired, I needed the number. There is a great deal on the Klipsch Black label. 400 watt sub. And it was delivered... I had to turn it down because it was so much. If you want the rumble to be put back into your movies, this is it. It was a steal of a deal at $249.

👤You will be happy getting this sub. It is amazing. It looks good and it produces solid bass. I would recommend this sub for someone who is looking for a clean, responsive bass.

👤We have a TV sound system and a receiver. We had a Polk sub that was moved to the basement to support the sound of the Sound Towers which has been working perfectly for 8 years. The Klipsch works great, it has enough base for the TV sound system and works great with music as well. It is the same product as the Polk which weighs 10 pounds more. This product deserves a 5 star review.

👤Wow! The Boston acoustic XB6 was the one I had. Supposed to be one of the best. The entire sound of our surround system has changed because of the Klipsch. The bass had to be turned down. This thing is free of distortion. I will break it in correctly. It is awesome! You want this one.

👤I thought the description of the 12” Front-Firing Subwoofer indicated the size of the unit. This thing does not fit in my space. I would not have bought this if I had seen it in person. I'm screwed because I can't exchange with this seller. Great stuff, but beware of Walts TV. Don't get screwed like I did. It was an expensive mistake.
