To use with Passive Subwoofers only in the wall or ceiling. The power amplifier output is 200 Watts. The output impedance is 4-7 ohm. The speaker wire for the CL3 is wall certified. Sub volume and control knobs. LFE and RCA inputs are used in a home audio receiver. The wire outputs are raw.
👤Very weak in LFE mode, good value in normal mode. Only use normal mode. I am using it to power a bass shaker from my LFE signal, but it's too weak in LFE mode, so I use normal mode with a 150-hertz crossover. I send the signal to both L and R with a Y-splitter. It says that the response is 50-150 Hz, which would be a pity. It can be changed from 50-150 hertz with the knob. There's still plenty of bass below that when I set it to 50 Hz. It takes two hands to turn the amplifier on or off, because it is lightweight and the power button has a strong spring. This amplifier is the same as the Theater Solutions SA200 Subwoofer Amplifier, but it is slightly cheaper.
👤Wow, what a piece of garbage. How can I not give any stars? I read the other reviews and thought I'd try it out as it fits my needs. It looks nice, but it's too light to be able to deliver a quarter of the claimed 200 watt. There is a It doesn't. At full tilt, just drive a speaker at a whisper. I tried it in a variety of speakers, but nothing more than a peep out of them. I am returning it to Amazon because it is useless. The same junk is re-badged by three different manufacturers. Beware.
👤The LFE / normal switch seemed to have been swapped. It's not that inconvenient, but it's not surprising from a cheap amplifier. I would keep it out in the open, because it gets a little warm. There isn't an auto on/off. I don't want to leave my stereo on all the time, so I have to manually turn it on when I turn it on. These surge protectors are smart. When the control outlet is off, they switch off slave outlets.
👤The recommended item was the worst purchase ever. I knew that the package wouldn't last when I opened it. I thought it was less than two hours. There was a burning electrical smell all over the place when I worked for about an hour while watching a movie. That was the end of it. Light weight is poorlyventilated. I'm pretty sure that since purchased those Amps have given up the ghost, so please ignore any rating over 2 stars. If that is the case, this piece of shit will not last more than a couple of months. You bet on the dollar. I want my money back. I should not be surprised or upset but 1 hour of use is not good enough.
👤The item worked for about 6 months and then two nights ago it died, it never delivered the punch that the attached sub could deliver. I looked at the power block, the receiver, and the fuse to see if they affected it. After going to the manufacturer site, I was referred back to Amazon, which did not provide any support for it. It is out of the returnable period so I am out 20 dollars. After having a Creative Desktop PC Amp that is still running after 12 years, this is unacceptable and I will never do business with Goldwood again.
Includes a microfiber cleaning cloth. You can join the music journey with Fosi Audio. The 2.1ch power amplifier has an improved design. Most home passive speakers can be powered with the help of theBT30D. The bass/treble control ensures the quality of the music. The Texas Instruments TPA3116D2 chip should be adopted. High- performance improves output power and audio quality. The power output can be up to 200 Watts. Their worry-free 18-month warranty and friendly customer service are what you get with the BT30D Amp.
👤Both units are great. Unless you need to connect a sub, I prefer the BT20A. Both are built to work. The two units are compared in the video.
👤Excellent sounding amplifier with bookshelf speakers. There is an internal amplifier channel for a small sub. I have had the best results with a bigger sub. It has been flawless. I am very impressed with this amplifier and no longer need a receiver. The first unit I bought, which I fell in love with, has a much stronger output than I thought. It is loud and powerful. The other two units don't hit as well as the first. I did side-by-side comparisons to confirm this. I am not sure if Fosi changed the output but it is noticeable. I hope the review helps.
👤The 2.1 version of this receiver was the one I picked up. The speakers have 100 watt speakers and 50 watt speakers. I was worried that this wouldn't be enough for my application, but I was wrong. The pros are smaller than you would think. The thing feels nice and has some weight to it. There is a The knobs and switches have resistance to them. Audio is clear with no crackling or white noise and is very easy to set up. If you have regular speaker wire, it will be very annoying to wire it up. Toggling between the two requires you to put a switch in the back of the unit. There is no smart switch for audio received. Who uses these things? You will need to find time to adjust your media device. I'm very happy with my choice, and I'd be happy to pick one of these up again.
👤I was pleasantly surprised by how good this sounds. I don't use my old onkyo at that volume because I want my ears to not ring. This thing is loud. Louder than I need to be. It has good sound quality. The bass on the main speakers is not as loud as my onkyo is. A little adjustment is needed to fill that in. On the other side of the coin, it has more double. It sounds great on my audio speakers and sub. I like the controls on my sound equipment. I don't have to adjust anything on my subs to balance it out because the sub frequencies on this thing are adjusted. It works with both subs. It's small and seems well built. I had an onkyo that was too big for my living room. It was pretty happy with it. The power supply died. It became quieter and quieter. A new supply from an old laptop is great.
👤The home theater is already in place, but we needed a second system for computer audio and other devices. Two ceiling mounted Orb Audio speakers and a Polk Audio powered sub-woofer were connected. The sound is excellent when the bass balance is set between the sub-woofer amplifier and the Fosi Amp, and both the treble and bass levels are adjusted for the complete system of speakers. The signal is good. The only change I would make would be to move the switch from the rear of the amplifier to the front for easier access when using both aux and bluetooth devices.
High Wattage Power OutputCompact 1U design subwoofer amplifier delivers plenty of solid clean power with high fidelity, strong and deep bass frequencies to drive medium-to-large sized in-wall or floor stand style subwoofer speakers. It provides 1000 watt peak power, which makes your home audio and home theater audio system sound like it came from the cinema. The easy connection to any system includes a stereo/mono line level audio input that can receive full band audio from any audio amplifier, receiver or LFE input, also features a stereo speaker level input/outputs connector and passthrough for easy to work with older amplifier/ Set and save your bass frequencies and volume levels for music listening, movies and late night mode. The menu function screen has a selection knob that can be used to adjust Master Volume Level, Crossover Frequency, 4 different Slopes, Phase, and 4 different Low Cut. Store up to 3 presents are designed for 8” and 10” subs. A three way switch on the rear panel allows you to set the 12Vtrigger mode, auto on/off by music signal detect mode, or always on mode. The function can be turned off from the menu or choose from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.
👤I don't really use this product exactly as intended, but it was the lowest cost replacement amplifier I could find to power my Buttkicker LFE that output the appropriate power level. It seems to work well so far and the different options allow me to fine tune the setup. I just adjust the output on my receiver when I need it. It serves its purpose well so far without being heavy or expensive.
👤It was replaced with a new one that had plenty of running power and sounded great. It drives my big speaker to concert levels. I can play music without turning on or off the amplifier with the auto on feature. It works with any audio device. It has a good build quality and is well finished.
👤I've owned a pair of the Cerwin-Vega XLS- 215 (w/ dual 15" subs in each cabinet) for about 10 years and have never been able to get them to sound right. There is a I decided to give them a shot after running across this amplifier. I had to buy an amplifier for each speaker cabinet since they are single/mono channel. I took away 1 star because I would have only had to buy one amplifier if it was a dual channel. The sound is amazing. I've never heard speakers sound like this. My wife told me that I was not allowed to return the amplifier or she would be upset. If you need a lot of power to drive inefficient subs, you would do well to give this amplifier. Good luck.
👤It really hits the bass. The bass is made of Klipsch. The amplifier went out under warranty twice. I added some clips and hooked it up because I don't want an internal amplifier anymore. I have an external amplifier that moves the 15 inch better than the Klipsch amplifier. The video was on a sub. The range of an Amp is 9db to -9db. The 12volttrigger is not a regular one on my other devices. I don't know what cable to use. I answered questions quickly but with poor cable options. I am not sure if the email answer knows this device. Klipsch should be ashamed of their design. Twice in 8 years. Hard bass music is not used for LFE purposes.
👤I had it for a day. It has a low end range of 10 hz. The amplifier says it can power that low. It doesn't kick in until north of 35 hz. I have the value all the way down to 35hz. I am hearing sound at 80hz. The Nobsound states it can only go down to 20hertz. The Nobsound/shakers kicked in sub 35 hertz and rolled off at 40 hertz. I will give these more time. I will come back here to edit if this is in line. Otherwise, returning it.
👤Two years ago, we had a professional install the home theater system that came with two 10” in-wall subs and a SA1000 sub amplifier, but the sub amplifier blew out last month. If we upgrade the higher output power sub amplifier, we should choose between Nuvo 200 and Soundavo PSB-400, both of them have the same spec, but this one has more power and has a screen with a digital signal processor. Since we already have pre-wired our system, we can just replace the cables from the SA 1000 with the existing wires. Wow... It's easy to adjust the subsonic filter and the low end punch sound, just follow the user manual. I am very happy with the result of my purchase, the building quality looks good, it is easy to hook up, and the sound is great.
The front-firing Cerametallic woofers are Spun copper. The driver is 12-inch. It's compatible with almost any receiver. The grille is strong and flexible. The contemporary finish is easy to integrate with any decor. The dimensions are 16” H x 14” W x 19.25” D. The box has a Sub 120 Subwoofer and power cord. The corner is where you want your subwoofer to be for optimal performance.
👤The sub didn't work out of the box. There was no sound or buzz test. I called customer support and was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up, tried multiple times with no luck, and got an email response a week later saying they didn't forget me. It's funny. He called Klipsch support with no answer, and finally set up a return to Amazon after calling Amazon very helpful. Without Amazon's help, I would be stuck, I like Klipsch but don't count on their support.
👤This is not my first Klipsch component, but it will not be my last. The Klipsch R12 SW was damaged during a move and I bought this to replace it. I paid more for the R12 SW but the Black Label looks more high end. The two units look the same. Klipsch is the main audio speaker in my house. Well made and sound good.
👤I own a JBL system and love it. The.1 is actually two 10" 550P's with 300/500 Watts. The problem is that they are ver clean with thick cabinets. It's great for music enjoyment, but not for Home Theatre. When the Death Star passed by or the Law rocket was fired, I needed the number. There is a great deal on the Klipsch Black label. 400 watt sub. And it was delivered... I had to turn it down because it was so much. If you want the rumble to be put back into your movies, this is it. It was a steal of a deal at $249.
👤You will be happy getting this sub. It is amazing. It looks good and it produces solid bass. I would recommend this sub for someone who is looking for a clean, responsive bass.
👤We have a TV sound system and a receiver. We had a Polk sub that was moved to the basement to support the sound of the Sound Towers which has been working perfectly for 8 years. The Klipsch works great, it has enough base for the TV sound system and works great with music as well. It is the same product as the Polk which weighs 10 pounds more. This product deserves a 5 star review.
👤Wow! The Boston acoustic XB6 was the one I had. Supposed to be one of the best. The entire sound of our surround system has changed because of the Klipsch. The bass had to be turned down. This thing is free of distortion. I will break it in correctly. It is awesome! You want this one.
👤I thought the description of the 12” Front-Firing Subwoofer indicated the size of the unit. This thing does not fit in my space. I would not have bought this if I had seen it in person. I'm screwed because I can't exchange with this seller. Great stuff, but beware of Walts TV. Don't get screwed like I did. It was an expensive mistake.
The design is compact and strong for customers who like Hifi sound. 100 watt output power can be provided by the Hi-fi Amp with Clean Sound Quality. Nothing is playing through it. A selector can be used to switch between full-frequency and sub bass amplifier. The mini compact design is practical and powerful. The Home Hi-fi mono integrated class d amplifier is exclusively designed for the customers who pursue HiFi sound. The service is high quality. You can get the great shopping exprerience with 18 months warrenty and 24 hours after-sale service online.
👤The speakers were hooked directly to the stereo.
This one does not have a power supply. You can either buy the power supply you like or choose a high quality 19V power supply. Good quality power supply should be chosen. At least 4A is recommended. The Hi-fi Amp has a clean sound quality. The Audio M03 has a high efficient power output of up to 200 watt, which can be used in 4- or 8-ohm loads. The amplifier is great for bookshelf speakers. A Full- Frequency Mono Amp is used to drive powered speakers and passive speakers. Sub is a amplifier for diving passive and powered subs. A small, simple design but powerful, built-in low pass filter for 200-300Hz subs. The MAX Power Output:200Watt is exclusive to the Home Hi-fi amplifier. You need a more powerful power supply to get the MAX power output from the package. The M03 Amp x1, user manual, and 18-Month global warranty are what you get.
👤I am designing my own boxes. Not for cars, but for home use in the basement shop, upstairs garage or in the living room. I have two of the competitors. There is a 100 watt and a 300 watt unit. They are made by Aiyom. I decided to try the Fosi brand because I needed another 300 watt unit. The pictures of the unboxing were included. The inside contents of the box are different than the inside of the units, so it is not the same. The power transformer seems to be better than the others. All of the dials are in their positions and moving nicely. I put the FOSI unit next to the stereo and then ran speaker cable to the box. If you have a long run, then it would be better to run a long speaker cable to the sub and a long sub cable to the amplifier. The dual 12 subs are mounted in a Q-BOMB box. I wired it to the amplifier to have a final impedance. I have run the amplifier for 11 hours straight and it gets barely warm. That is a positive sign. You can tell that the dial for the sub works because it works in the room and to your ears. The garage shop is made to thump by this little amplifier. I enjoy it. There will probably be another one in the future. Good luck with your projects! John, God bless you.
👤I think the 300W rating is misleading because I have been using it for a few months and I still think it's a good value. Normally, an Amp is rated for their per-channel RMS capabilities, but in this case 300W is the peak power possible only using a 4 ohm load. I've had the amplifier shut off once or twice due to clipping when driving it hard, but 140-150WRMS at 4 ohms is certainly usable bass if used with a sub, but I've had the amplifier shut off once or twice due to clipping when driving it hard. I should be using a stronger amplifier for that level of bass, but this is worth sharing. When I got my hands on a box of old car subs that I hadn't used in years, I went to look for a way to power one of them in my living room to complement my bookshelf speakers. I've used the Fosi Audio amplifier with both the Kicker CVR 12 and the Infinity Kappa 12. The bass extension goes low enough to rattle my walls, even with this amplifier's volume at only 65%, and it's great to have the adjustability of the crossover. I've not used a multimeter to check the validity of the claims of 300W, but it seems to have no trouble driving my sub to nice home theater listening levels, and it's nice that it is. I've driven the sub hard enough that it's almost uncomfortable to be in the room with it for a long time, and the amplifier never got warm. That is a good sign of power efficiency. I like the click feature of the volume knob, it makes it easy to turn it up or down, and it has a sense of precision. One area for improvement would be if the lines on the knob were labeled. You're kind of guessing, but after a little back and forth of setting, sitting on the couch and listening, then getting up to adjust, I have it dialed in pretty well. There are banana plug/twist style speaker connections on the back of the amplifier, and I like that it doesn't feel cheap or rattles. My wife said that maybe we should get a second one and power the other one. It's a plus when a wife buys audio gear in the living room. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for an affordable way to power a sub and box.
The M03 Amp x1, user manual, and 18-Month global warranty are what you get. G2 can be used as a sub amplifier. It has a mode switcher that can change between modes. The power supply is high quality. 1 G2 can be used as a power amplifier for passive subs and 2 G2 can be used as a mono amplifier. You can use two G2 to drive the left and right channels. It can provide higher power and ensure no interference between the two channels. It has a gain setting that allows a 4-level of output level setting. It can keep the sound pure. It also has a bass cutoff knob. It has TI TPA3116 and NE5532 op-amps that can offer 100W high power and can drive most home sub and mono speakers. The circuit can ensure no background noise. It has built-in speaker protection circuit and low pass bass filter. Customer service was prompt and courteous. Please contact them on Amazon if you have any questions.
👤This item is used to power two bass shakers. For this job, the crossover is not up to the task. It claims to go to 40hz, which is what you want for bass shakers. This is not very aggressive. It was as strong as 40hz, but only half the strength at 50hz, and still humming at 60hz. The SA 100 was losing strength at 40hz and went to 50hz. Every bass tone will set it off if you use this amplifier. You'll ruin the effect by shaking the whole move. This item is good for a speaker, but it leaves a lot to be desired. It would have been the right size and price for the job.
👤I replaced the burned-out amplifier module in my Energy E SW-8 powered sub with this little amplifier. It sounds close to the factory Energy amplifier. There is a slight hum at low volumes, but you can't really notice when music is playing. I have the gain set at minimum and the volume about halfway, and my sub gets loud. The factory Energy amplifier module was rated at 100 watt and had a peak power of 200 watt. The output of this amplifier is noticeably louder when set to Sub mode. The constant low-level hum from this amplifier is higher in PBTL than in Sub mode. In Sub mode, the low-pass crossover is very effective but the frequencies are not marked on the front panel so you have to guess where your cutoff point is. The low-pass crossover seems to be a 12dB/octave slope with a range between 40 and 200Hz. I set the amplifier to full-range mode and use the receiver's LFE output to amplify it. The power supply included with the amplifier is very basic and cheap. It is a generic brick with a rating of 19V. The power supply's small size and light weight make it unlikely that the peak output is as high as the label says. The power supply's total rated output power is 89 watt, so the amplifier can't put out more than 85 watt. You'll probably need a bigger power supply to get the 100W output listed on the unit. 19V is the sweet spot for the TPA3116 chip according to online forums and reviews. This amplifier is a good deal. It works well as a replacement for a powered subs internal amplifier and it would power some modest bookshelf speakers nicely. It's not noticeable at listening volumes. The selectable sub/full-range mode is an added feature and the selectable gain switches are icing on the cake. I would buy it again.
👤The quality control of the two that I purchased is excellent. I did diagnostic tests on the power supplies and they were very reliable and steady at 19.3 and 4.72 Amps, respectively. I am using one of them to drive an 8 inch 200 watt RMS sub, and the results are amazing. This unit has features similar to those of a similar unit, so I recommend it. I am very pleased with the performance of these littleamps. I can highly recommend them.
The corner is where you want your subwoofer to be for optimal performance. The NE5532 op-amp is a sub amplifier that can provide 100 watt output power for a 4-ohm speaker. This amplifier can be used to improve the bass response of passive subs, and can also be used to switch to a sub bass amplifier or mono amplifier. It's practical and powerful because of its mini size and solid shell. The Home Hi-fi amplifier can give a deep, crisp, clean low-frequency sound effect in dedicated home theater systems and media rooms. It is designed for customers who like HiFi sound. You will get a user manual, 18 months warranty, and 24 hours after-sale service for the amplifier, power adapter, and AC cord.
👤The home theater system I use has a 150W power supply die, and I have a large enclosure with a 12 watt sub. I wanted to see if the amplifier would work well with my amplifier. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be able to hit 150W, and that it wouldn't drive the sub as well, because it wouldn't usually be high enough to hit 150W. It worked well with the old amplifier. The sub's built-in amplifier sounds better than this one. It seems to handle 60Hz better. This unit has more power than I'll ever use, because I've turned music or a movie action sequence way up. There are a few drawbacks but they are manageable. 1. The power switch and volume control should be separate. 2. The class D amplifier uses very little power and I wish it had an 'off' feature. 3. Make sure you have a 3.5mm to male and 3.5mm to female plugs cable. I wish it used regular jacks. The 3.5mm jack isn't secure. The tiny and light weight amplifier could move. It is easy to accidentally move it. #2 isn't that big of a deal, and #1 and #3 aren't really an issue once you are done setting it up. I would recommend it to a friend who needed a amplifier.
👤It's hard to believe that a tiny box can do so much. I had a polk audio sub that went bad a few years back. I searched for something like this but couldn't find it. Two weeks ago my jbl sub went bad. I found this item on Amazon and thought it was worth a try. I decided to get my old polk 10 inch sub out of storage because I couldn't believe how well this powered my 8 inch jbl sub. It was able to power that one as well. I don't have the volume set to half and it makes the sub thump. The price was less than the replacement parts would have cost me. This item would be perfect with an auto power feature. I can't complain at such a great price.
👤After 15 years of using the internal powered amplifier on an Infinity sub, I gave up the ghost, and I didn't trust myself to replace the capacitors on the internal board. I wanted to replace the internal amplifier board with something else because I loved the boom of the speaker and cabinet. Since I didn't need to bother with a connection to satellites anymore, I stumbled across this little amplifier, which was worth a try. I removed the back panel of the sub, picked up a piece of fiberboard and started making a new back panel. I soldered a connecting wire from the panel mount jack to the mono jack for the input of the amplifier, and used a leftover part from the old one to hold the DC power supply in place. I used hot glue to seal the power cord entry and the amplifier. It's not pretty but it works well and is easy to remove. After wiring it all up and turning it on, my old sub is back in business. I'm hoping I can make the sub last another 15 years for fifty bucks.
300- watt power The Pyle 4 Channel Pre-Amplifier is a must have for your home theater entertainment system. It gives you 300 watt peak power to be used for multi speakers and allows you to enjoy high quality amplified audio. The personal digital amplifier box supports a variety of devices, including a CD player, a microphone, and a pair of headphones. The integrated hybrid amplifier has a built in wireless music streamer. Works with the latest devices. A/B speaker selection. You can choose b/w speaker set with the professional integrated stereo receiver. Either A or B speakers can be used. When it is turned on, it uses both speakers as default. There are EQ controls. The sound amplification device has buttons for the audio sources, the selectors, and the master volume adjustments. A power cable and remote control are included. Refer to the PDF attached below for the Technical Specification for Manual.
👤First things first, it's a Pyle. What does that mean? It's not going to please an audio engineer, and if you have good equipment, its specifications are not very impressive. If you know that going into the purchase, then you're buying a decent piece of equipment. You can't expect quality at less than $100. I instantly noticed that it was a little lighter than my Denon and Pioneer. Two of those receivers are in my great room and basement. The gazebo's cabinet has the Pyle in it. It will power the two outdoor pool speakers for Zone A and the one speaker by the fire pit for Zone B. For the limited needs of this project, there's no need to buy another Denon or Pioneer. If it lasts a few years in an outdoor cabinet, it will be money well spent. It took 10 minutes to unbox, carry outside, and connect the speakers. I was off and streaming from YouTube Music before Amazon even updated the order page to reflect the item was delivered. I have terrible outdoor speakers and the sound is decent. I don't like receiver with an exhaust port, but I think it's a good idea because the remote doesn't work fancy, but it does work. I wouldn't touch a pole with a car audio device. If you know what you're looking for, it can be a good deal. An equivalent Sony receiver would cost over $100 and be limited to 2 channels. The receiver fits the bill because we have three speakers.
👤This is a strange receiver. The brief product outline is written in chinese and it comes with no instructions. The remote does not come with batteries, but that may not matter since there is no on / off switch. The display is too garish for my taste and can't be turned off. Once you learn the options, they are helpful. The controls are easy to use. You will have to play around with them a bit since there is no real instruction. It works well. I was surprised by the power of the speakers, the ability to use my phone as a gps device, and the fact that the radio works with my phone. I am keeping it. It's a good thing.
👤For my needs, okay. The outside pool area had an old tuner. There is no on/off on the remote. There isn't a user manual. I don't think the one page picture of the back of the unit is a manual, and still can't figure out how to set the channels for the pre - set's. When you turn the unit off and on again, the unit starts up on whatever channel it feels like, not the channel you left it on when you turned it off. It was very upsetting. It will suffice for my needs, but an instruction manual is the most basic thing that should be included. Had this unit long enough to edit my initial review. Don't waste your time with total garbage. Get something else if you spend a little extra. I am not going to give it to Goodwill. I'll throw it in the trash and save the next person the hassle.
The front-firing Cerametallic woofers are Spun copper. A front-firing driver. The grille is strong and flexible. Digital amplifier for high-efficiency and sound accuracy. It needs to be connected to a processor or pre-amp. The contemporary finish is easy to integrate with any decor. The dimensions are 14” H x 12.5” W x 15.7” D.
👤The Elac Uni-fi 2.0 speakers were upgraded to the Def Tech ProCinema 1000 front and center speakers. The speakers sound great. We hunted around for an upgrade because my old SW was woefully inadequate. The family room is large at about 16' x 28' and has a wide corridor to the entry and a kitchen and bar area on one side. I assumed we would need a bigger SW. We bought Klipsch's 12sw. It wasn't subtle, didn't blend with the Elacs at all, and was too boomy at lower volumes. It was not pleasant to listen to. I was able to return the Klipsch thanks to a particular wholesale membership warehouse. Thankfully. While this speaker is a Klipsch, it is their newer design and we took a shot and bought one, even though I could not determine if they made changes in the crossover or the woofer. This SW fits in perfectly. It blends well with the Elacs, fills the room well, adds rather than takes over lower level audio content, and really comes alive at mid volumes. We can keep the volume very moderate and still get solid enhancement of base frequencies, like space ship engines and gun fire. We're very pleased with this SW. If this didn't work out, I would have spent $600 on the Elac SW. This SW worked well for our needs because we have a larger room. It's not small, but it's a lot smaller than the 12" version.
👤I live in a two level house. I went into the street to check the mail today and could hear the fight scene from the movie from 30 yards away. Having a set of speakers with a sub that destroys the neighborhood is a penny-pinching delight sent from above. This makes a serious home theater that everyone loves. I do anyway, but not as much as the neighbors.
👤I had an old subwoofer that worked well for over a decade before it kicked the bucket. I debated between this one and the Polk Audio 10" sub. I didn't know how much bass was missing from my movies and music. This thing is really hot! It has the power to make sound so that you can hear it outside. The home theater has bones in it. I was really impressed with how much sound you get from a small unit. I was very happy with the purchase.
👤I bought a reference for the same price. When I compared the two, the infinity was better. I needed something that could keep up, so I purchased from Klipsch reference towers. The Klipsch sub is good for its size, and it is not broken in yet.
👤A good value when on sale. Avoid retail prices. The sub is half off and it is a huge value. It is not the deepest of lows, but it is enough to enjoy movies and music. The quantity and quality of the bass are surprising. This unit is small enough to be placed anywhere because the surrounding cabinet is so small. Would I recommend this sub to others? No. Better subs are available from other brands. Is it a good idea to recommend it on sale? Absolutely! The value is half off.
Their worry-free 18-month warranty and friendly customer service are what you get with the BT30D Amp. The sub power amplifier is called the NS-03G. It is not compatible with active/powered subs as well as normal speakers. It can offer 100W high power. The knob has a smooth volume control. A mini and a solid shell. It can be placed on your computer. 3.5mm AUX input. You can easily connect various sound sources. This one does not have a power supply. You can either buy the power supply you like or choose a high quality 19V power supply. Good quality power supply should be chosen. At least 4A is recommended.
👤I wanted to drive a passive sub for my home theater system. I replaced the 100k feedback resistors with a 100k pot because the gain was too high. I wanted the sub to have a cutoff Frequency of 70hz, but it appears that is not the case. I removed the filters to turn this into a straight amplifier. If you're going to use this with anything that has bass management, you should buy the non-subaru version. Why 3 stars, mostly the gain, what were they thinking?
👤It can be used to power 2x 8ohm Tactile Transducers. I was afraid that the high level input wouldn't be acceptable and would need to convert it to low level, so I pulled the signal from the already powered sub. It's working great! I only have it turned to 30% volume because I don't want them to perform the subs too much. I'll probably buy another one when I do a box build and when I put another transducer on my PC chair. I made a center leg for the couch in the image, which is mounted on the other side.
👤I needed to replace a bad sub amplifier plate which would have cost $100. I took a chance with the Nobsound 100 watt Digital sub amplifier. The volume knob doubles as a power switch and there is no auto-on feature like most powered subs have, but it works great for what it is. I use a remote power switch for the sub to avoid having to adjust the bass level every time it's turned on. You will need a power supply. There are many laptop power supplies. I'm using a brick from an old sound bar and it seems to give the same power as my previous plate amplifier that was rated at 100 watt. If your amplifier has a typicalRCA sub out jack, you will need a 3.5mm male to male cord to plug it into the Nobsound's input. You can connect the Nobsound to your speaker with bare wire or binding posts. This little black box should sound like a decent sub with no hum or buzz.
👤We had a surround sound system in one of the rooms, but no amplifier or receiver for the passive sub. I picked up a receiver and decided to get an amplifier. The sleek looking amplifier does the job. A star is docked two ways. It's not obvious, but the power adapter isn't included. I picked up an option from Menards. The one that is sold separately for $18 works just fine, and that little detail nearly doubles the cost of this amplifier. The banana plugs in the back were loosened. I tried to loosen the one and the whole thing spun in the housing so I used a banana plug instead of the bare wires. If this was a complete package, it would cost between $30 and $35 including the power supply.
👤I used one of these to power a bass shaker under my office chair. It worked well in that capacity for a year, but then stopped working. I changed it to: This was not the amplifier's fault. The amplifier does its job if the wiring is good. The unit will generate sparks if the power adapter is plugged into the wall before plugging it into the amplifier. See the video. This happens even when the unit is turned off. I would have expected this behavior to be by design, but it is. I don't think there's a huge safety issue with this, but I think the issue could be designed away with a different circuit or power jack, so to me that's worth a star.
