👤The part where I get my pay is here. I go on and on about how I am more qualified than that guy and that girl because I did this and that as well. It's an ego stroke. The pay is that. I will send mine to charity. I have been on the air for 27 years. You have two ears. I have two ears. We go. This is a speaker of the year. Technology. What do they sound like? They are very close to you. The sound field is very small. They have a little bit on the high end now. The bass is unstoppable. Again, speaker of the times. It's all you could want in life if your scene is "Yo Baby Yo Baby Yo". If you like Jim Croce and America, it's not bad. The mid-range is bright and colorful. That's what I was saying when I said "close". It's the middle part of a mix that has presence and intimacy. The speakers have that. Rush fans and Genesis fans would be a little disappointed, because the complexity of that music needs a strong high end to explain itself. Neil and Phil would love it. There is a kick drum in the house. That is not a modern term. It sounds like the kick drum is in your house. Really. It's ridiculous that you can get this much fidelity for the price of the speakers. The value here is huge. Highly recommended.

👤I have been to my father's recording studio many times and have heard some of the best studio monitors. I have high regards for the speakers of the Logitech brand, even though I am not comparing them to a pair of Genelec studio monitors. I bought these speakers with a monitor for my PC because I knew they would be better than the speakers in my TV, which I was using as a monitor for the longest time. When I got them, I set them up and played music from my phone. I was blown away by the sound quality that these speakers put out even when they weren't properly setup. I was even more amazed when the speakers were set up. I was surprised that the speakers were not making noise, and I eventually increased the volume to three-quarters of the way. Since I set them up, I have been using them on my Macbook Pro nonstop and have been able to turn off my sound card in my ipod as I feel they reproduced the sound more accurately. My review is based on many variables such as the size of my room, placement of the speakers, and so on. I have found that with these speakers, you need to turn the bass knob up to get a smooth low frequencies response and a more overall sound. When setting up the speakers, I recommend using a song that you know well and setting the volume to your normal listening volume and then modifying the bass knob to your satisfaction. One of the most important factors for the sound of your system is placement. I think the speakers are worth the money. I use them to listen to music, play movies, and do other audio related tasks on my computer. The speakers are certified by the THX and it felt like it was close to being in a movie theater when it came to movies with adequate use of the subs. I'm thinking of getting another pair of Bose Cinemate GS Series II to replace the Bose Cinemate GS Series II that is on the TV in my living room as I feel that this system is better than the Bose. If it were to be used for on a TV, there is no remote for changing the volume or shutting the unit off, which is one of the only cons I can find. Most TVs have a fixed audio output, which means that it can be difficult to change volume by hand. This is a small fault since the system is more of a computer system than a TV. Don't hesitate to buy this unit. For the price, I have yet to find anything that is comparable.

2. Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speaker

Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speaker

For beach days or camping trips, the speaker plays loud and clear with a balanced sound and unparalleled bass. The built-in mic for the speakerphone is loud enough to take conference calls out loud. The speaker is waterproof from the inside out, it has soft, rugged exterior, resists dents, cracks and scratches. It can be portable with a tear resistant strap, strap to your backpack, cooler or handlebars. Up to 6 hours of play time from a battery and wireless. You can easily take calls and access your phone's virtual assistant with the help of a wireless headset. Bose Simplesync technology can be used to pair SoundLink speakers with a Bose Smart Home Family member to play in sync.

Brand: Bose

👤It's ridiculous. It won't let you connect via bluetooth unless you download the app, you can't download the app without putting in a credit card, then after that, what does this amazing app do? The speaker is connected to my phone. I'm giving my data and financial information for nothing. Any of my other devices don't need a special app or access to my money. I wouldn't have bought it if I had read it. I wouldn't have bought it even if it performed well. It could be the best device ever, but I won't buy another Bose product.

👤I bought this speaker to use on my bicycle handebar in hopes that it would be more waterproof than the competition. The audio quality and waterproofness are great, but the strap design is terrible. If a speaker is rolling under the tire of a dump truck, what is the point? The hook piece embedded in the silicone strap failed when it fell off my handlebars, but I was able to retrieve it before it was run over. Bose doesn't stand by their design, so I assumed that the device would be covered under the warranty, but it isn't. I don't want to purchase a Bose speaker again, until they come up with a better design for securing the speaker to your bike.

👤I was indecisive about buying this thing for a month. I already own a Bose Soundlink Revolve so buying another speaker seemed redundant. I bought it for myself for Christmas. I'm glad I did. It's smaller and lighter than the Revolve, which makes it easier to carry around, but its round shape makes it difficult to fit in my bag. When I need a portable speaker, I tend to carry a lot of stuff so the less weight I can carry, the better. The Micro is small and lightweight and it's barely noticeable in a bag or purse. The Micro kicks out more sound than I expected from a small package, but the Revolve is a little more robust. It sounds great and I need it to do. The sound is clear and powerful for a small speaker. The Micro is an amazing shower speaker. Adding the Micro to my morning routine has made a world of difference since I didn't use it in the shower. I'm not going to lie. I am not a morning person. That's a huge understatement. I hate the universe and everyone in it. I like to avoid socializing before noon. It's terrible. My morning rage has decreased since I started listening to music in the shower. I can tolerate social interactions by 9:00 or 10:00. Give me a cup of Earl Gray and I can push it to 8:00. The speaker's back is made of little pieces that are easy to hang in the shower or anywhere else. I come out of the shower refreshed and less sad. It's a Festivus miracle. If you need a small, lightweight speaker that sounds bigger than it is, I highly recommend the Bose Soundlink Micro. It's now my go-to speaker when I need one on the go and my Revolve has taken up residence at my office where it pumps out my favorite tunes keeping me awake and drown out the drudgery of the workday.

3. Bose Speaker Soundbar Bluetooth Connectivity

Bose Speaker Soundbar Bluetooth Connectivity

The Bose TV Speaker is a simple fix for better TV sound. A more realistic, spatial audio experience is delivered by 2 full-range drivers, which make up the sound of a small soundbar. The TV speaker is designed to clarify and elevate vocals. Pair your device with the soundbar to stream your favorite music and shows. A single connection from the compact soundbar to the TV via an optical audio cable or an HDMI cable is all it takes to get up and running. The small soundbar is just over 2 feet tall and can be mounted to a wall or in front of a TV. The TV speaker dimensions are 2.21" H x 23.38" W. The remote control for the Compact TV speaker can be used to add a bass boost or enhance speech. The Bose TV Speaker is compatible with the Bose Bass Module 500 or 700 and requires the Bose Bass Module Connection Cable or a standard 3.5 millimeter audio cable to be sold separately. 👤I read a lot of glowing reviews and needed to do something. The dialog on TV shows was not being heard by my 60 year old ears. I had to blare the TV to hear the small talk, but also make everything else too loud. Believe the hype. The speaker has changed my life. Bose has the technology to pull the dialog out while not booming everything else, because this is a fantastic speaker. I can keep the volume at a reasonable level. The best part is that it sounds the same. I would order another one if this speaker broke. Couldn't be happier.

👤The TV speakers are great! It will meet expectations if you understand what this speaker is meant for. A speaker at this price point will give you better audio by giving you a boost in bass and clarity. It's not a sound bar that will blow you away. They don't advertise it as a speaker because of that. Great movie quality audio will be delivered by a speaker under $300. TV speakers have better vocals. I used to turn audio up just to hear the voice, then get overwhelmed when music or other sounds kick in. The speaker has great volume control. It's even better when the clarity feature is enabled. It's easy to setup. Bose setup video on YouTube makes it clear that understanding the lights can be difficult. It's great for hearing voices and delivers more than a TV can. I think it's priced well. I tried a few sound bars under $300 and they didn't do well, they didn't provide clear voice, and they provided much more power than the TV speakers. Bose is the right speaker if it's clarity and overall volume level control.

👤The sound bar was something I was looking forward to. I ran a series of sound tests to see if the Bose sound bar would live up to my expectations. I don't think this Soundbar should carry the name. Bose is on it. The pro's and con's that I observed were listed below. I had high hopes for the sound bar, but I was disappointed. The Bose 500 and 700 models have a true Bose sound which I will be paying an extra amount of money to get. If you know the quality is subpar, don't buy this sound bar. Either get a different brand or pay more money to get True Bose sound. That is my opinion. It has a sleek design. 2. The voice clarity option works well. 3. There is an HDMI ARC connection. The bass on this soundbar is flat, which is disappointing because there are many other options with better sound. 2. The sound is not deep. A lot of the minute details in sound are lost with this soundbar. A lot of the time when I watch an action movie, a lot of the details are not there. 3. It is hard to understand what level the volume is on because only a small status light indicates a change in volume. 4. Doesn't have a internet connection. Doesn't have voice commands. You have a lot of other cheaper soundbars that offer the same features as this one. The 500 bass modules cannot be connected to the internet. Does not work with Bose.

4. Bose Lifestyle Home Theater System

Bose Lifestyle Home Theater System

The 5-speaker surround sound system is popular. The horizontal center speaker is a direct/ reflecting speaker. You can have your audio performance tailored to your room. Video upscaling to high definition. The media console has inputs and outputs.

Brand: Bose

👤This one is top of the line, and every Bose product I've bought is. The sound quality is amazing. The system has a headset that is included in the package. After tuning, the system became transparent and we look at 5.1 movies to see ambient noises. Bose includes cables to get your hook up started.

👤We wanted to upgrade to a better sound system for the Sony BDP 300 that we used for the 46" screen and the excellent picture quality. We heard a demo display of the V-20 at a club and decided to go with the V-20 after a lot of research. It was purchased through Amazon. It was for a good price and no shipping. It was shipped from California to New Hampshire within a week. I already knew what was included because I had done my home-work. It's impressive. Everything you need to set it up is included. Being familiar with connecting varius components I was able to hook this system up. There is an instruction set-up DVD with the manual. The V-20 took off from the beginning and there have been no problems. The system is great with movies, music and tv. We are very satisfied with the V-20, even though others are unhappy with it. It has been a year. I had an experience with Bose. The TV auduo didn't work on Friday and Saturday. Nothing would correct the problem. I had to wait until 7/6/10 to call Bose because it was a holiday week-end. They asked some questions, walked me through some tests, and then directed me through a procedure. The man was courteous and patient and it only took a short time. I don't think you could ask for better. Thank you Bose...

👤I can tell this product is great because I am not a Sound Engeneer. I like it, but I have not been able to program the remote to work with other applications. The seller sent everythig according to his email, I want to thank him.

👤The surround sound is great. It sounds great in my living room. You can save on Amazon with no tax and the brackets are half the price, so why buy from the local store? You can judge for yourself if you check them out at your local store. You will be sold.

👤Bose's sound is what you would expect, but the positives end there. The set up was not what they said it would be. Bose and Sony were unable to find a solution because the remote doesn't recognize my Blue Ray player. I decided to purchase a remote from a company that makes remotes for TVs, Stereos, DVD and have multiple remotes. The need for special attachment to the units, like TV, Cable, took my installer extra time. The Bose cannot control your IPOD, which is plugged into an Aux jack, and the system requires a separate $250 Amp for each new set of speakers. The Onkyo remote controls everything but the Wii, and it was much easier to set up in the downstairs.

5. Bose Bass Module 700 Black

Bose Bass Module 700 Black

The Bose sound bar 700 is designed to bring music, movies, and TV to life with deep, dramatic bass. The speakers have a range of 30 feet. A powerful driver and generously sized port deliver a dynamic range of rich, low notes so you can feel the full impact of pulse pounding scenes. Quiet port technology virtually eliminates distortion, so rock the house without sacrificing clarity. Premium glass top finish adds elegance to your home theater setup. The Bose sound bar 700 and Bose bass module 700 can be used with Bose surround speakers for a powerful combination of thunderous bass and True surround sound. Bose Bass Module 700 is compatible with Bose Sound bar 500 and Sound Touch 300.

Brand: Bose

👤Please read my review on the Soundbar 700 for more information, but here's a copy of what I said about the sound module... I hated spending $700 for a bass. I am glad I did. It provides a sound. It's almost like it's not there, but it is the real star of the show. I connected it and disconnected it a number of times to hear the difference. If you are looking for Movie Theater Sound, it is a must have. It is a lot of money, but it is worth it. It makes a difference between "nice" and "Holy Cow". Well... You won't care if you hear this.

👤This thing kicks out some of the cleanest sounding bass I've ever heard, and it's from a bass head who loves deep, tasty bass. If you turn it all the way up, it can be used to slay your house bass. It's a natural sound profile, it's just there. It's subtle and substantial. It means you're getting very clean lows because you feel it just as much as you hear it. A lot of people's perception of good/strong bass is a bit taint because it usually coincides with everything around it rattling to hell and adding to the 'bass' noise. The sound coming from this thing is a lot of both the bass feel and the bass sound, so it's not distorted... It's a great experience, but it's hard to describe. If you know the Bose sound profile from other Bose speakers, it makes sense. This is similar to that, but for bass. It's great. The wireless works well. It is easy to setup. You have to go into the app, click the soundbar, go to settings, and then add the auxiliary speaker if you want. It's not added in the same way as the sound bar, which is what I was expecting. The TV and sound bar are in the middle of the living room, but I placed this in the corner. It didn't make a difference to me that the bass was coming from the corner and it wouldn't sound balanced in the room. The directionality wasn't a problem because the bass was so clean and it sounded fantastic. The sound bar has a beautiful sound profile and it just layers on this nice rich low-end. The combination is amazing. The thing feels sturdy and robust. The metal and glass look very clean. My wife thought it looked like a high-end trash can. We have the white one. I think it looks nice and minimalist, but I can't say I agree with it. It's easy to hide under a side table or next to a couch or chair.

👤I'm going to update the review for this thing. The bass module is a monster. I didn't have any of the problems that the one star reviews had. The app was running smoothly. Still connects well. Sound quality is great as it emits an insane amount of bass. It is a lot when it is at 100. If you have wood floors, it will rattle and shake. Definitely recommend it. If you want the full power of the system, this is a great addition. The Bose app gave me easy control. It is expensive like most Bose products. If you don't believe me. I will show you what the system sounds like. I have the surround speakers as well. Right, go big or go home?

6. Bose Companion III Multimedia Speakers

Bose Companion III Multimedia Speakers

Bose Simplesync technology can be used to pair SoundLink speakers with a member of the Bose smart home family to play in sync. Clear sound at any volume is a high quality audio performance. Bose performance can be brought to another audio source by using the auxiliary input. Bose Companion 2 Series III speakers will help you improve your sound. You can connect another device to the auxiliary input. There is a jack on the right speaker. Mac and Windows are compatible.

Brand: Bose

👤Holy cow! These are great! I can spend five times as much on Bose speakers as I can on these entry level Bose speakers. I didn't want to. I need to edit video in Adobe premiere Pro CC for a college class, and my iMac speakers aren't doing the job. I went to Amazon to buy some speakers. I realized that I want an "A" in this class as I will be graded on sound. I remembered that I am not 15 anymore. I can afford to buy some decent computer speakers. I read a lot of reviews, but the ones that stuck with me the most were the ones that said the sound was "flat" and the speakers were better. I wasted another hour of my life tracking down these "magnificent speakers" only to find that the troll wrote how bad they were. Bose is a premium brand and I just bought a pair of Bose speakers. The positive reviews were important to me. I will save you a lot of time. You can send them back if you don't like them. Bose is attentive to packaging these so they don't get damaged in shipment. I buy a lot of stuff on Amazon, and it's rare to see a product that's cleverly packaged. The bass is great and the treble is clear. This is not a surround sound movie theater system, but a pair of speakers that are relatively inexpensive. They put out a nice sound. Also, note: I am not going to crank these up to eleven to see if there is distortion. I adjust my iMac volume when I have them at 75%. It's loud enough to get my neighbors to complain and it's a few rooms away. It's perfect for office use and even some basic entertainment. It's easy to set up. I read the instructions after they worked. These are good. There are short cords. You won't be able to mount these 20 feet away from your computer. These are under your desk. You will like them a lot if you use them that way. Hope this helps.

👤I had been using an old pair of computer speakers that were making funny noises, and I had been thinking about replacing them with Bose speakers. Someone sent me an Amazon gift card for Christmas and I decided to order them. They are awesome. I didn't realize they were on when I plugged them into the wall and computer. At 50% volume, they were completely silent. I was completely surprised when they came to life in the game. The sound is clear. My wife doesn't like my taste in music, but these are the best speakers in my house now. When they are turned on, they are completely silent, even at max volume. I would spend $100 on these again because I am very satisfied with them.

👤I bought these and the Yamaha speakers. I have had the same Sony speaker system for almost 5 years now, and I was happy with it. I didn't realize how much I missed out on when I had those. I tested the Companion III Speakers for about 5 days before they arrived. I liked the Bose. Doesn't distort at max volume for any type of music. When the volume dial is turned to the max, there is no feedback noise. When listening to songs that can bother some people, no "Sharp" or "High" sounds. A very balanced sound with a slight bass emphasis. In the dark, the small indent on the volume knob can be felt. I like keeping this symmetrical. 6. The volume knob has a satisfying feel to it. I disliked the Bose. When compared to the NX-50s, the sounds are a little muffled. The Bose sounds dull and uninteresting and I don't like it. I used to think the Bose were great. 2. If you want to get that earthshaking bass, get a 2.1 speaker system or install a bigger sub in your car, but I was not expecting the speakers to hit deep lows when listening to bass heavy songs. The bass in most hiphop songs is not the same as it is in real life. It was great for Jazz and Blues. Now for the Yamaha NX-50s! I like the NX-50s. It was lively and colorful. When playing jazz, classical, or any songs that don't have ridiculously low bass notes, it's not a good idea. 2. The voices are much louder. 3. snaps, bells, and chimes all sound like they are in the room with you. 4. A small white indicator light is needed to let you know it's on. I disliked the NX-50s. The feedback noise at max volume is annoying. If you want to look at your computer, keep your volume at 70% or lower. 2. I listened to a lot of songs at higher volumes. 3. The volume dial is not as good as the Bose dial. 4. The voices in the songs feel like they are vibrating when the bass is low. You will know what I mean if you play hip hop or rap. Conclusions: Both speakers have pros and cons. If you don't want to spend over $100 for a desktop speaker, go for the Bose. I think you are sacrificing some sound quality. The Yamaha's are more flat sounding than the Bose. I'm sure it won't matter to you if you don't listen to them side by side. The Yamaha speakers sound great, but they cost more. If you like listening to all the detail in a song, I would recommend the NX-50s. The sound is much louder and more "surround sound" like. I found the pros and cons for both. Good luck choosing!

7. Polk Audio T15 Bookshelf Speakers

Polk Audio T15 Bookshelf Speakers

The speakers are designed to produce a natural, well-balanced sound with massive bass even at the lowest frequencies. Use these wall-mountable bookshelf speakers as front, left, or rear speakers, and you will get crystal clear vocals that will fill any small to medium sized room. Polk has a complete range of T-series speakers, including two T50 Tower Speakers, one T30 Center Channel, two T15 Bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer. Polk speakers are compatible with most home theater audio equipment giving you many setup options. POLK'S QUALITY IS AT A AFFORDABLE PRICE. Premium acoustics, high quality construction, easy setup and a spectacular theater experience are what you can get with these value-priced speakers.

Brand: Polk Audio

👤There is not much to say about these speakers. I want to address people who are down rating them for having fake speakers. A lot of speakers have passive radiators. A non wired way of increasing bass output. Please don't penalize the product due to your lack of knowledge, because the product clearly states that two of the speakers are passive.

👤I bought a speaker. I rearranged my living and it seemed like my tower speaker was malfunctioning. I pulled the speakers out and discovered they were fake. Make sure you have real speakers if you are by them.

👤I bought the S15 speakers from Polk after I was so impressed with their T15 speakers. The S15 is said to blow away the T15. My definition of blow away is the difference between the T15 and fast food drive through. The S15 was noticeably better on that scale. I'll leave it to you to decide if the difference is worth more than 2x the price. The T15 gives you 90 percent of the performance for under 50% of the price, which is outstanding value. The T15 is more versatile because it is more compact and front port, which means it can be positioned right up against the wall.

👤Edifier R1280T has puncher/deeper bass and can sound muffled. The Polk Audio T15 is a good choice for a home theater system because of its airy highs and clarity. The Edifiers are the better sounding stand-alone speakers. It's easier to not notice an absence of high Frequency than it is to not notice an absence of low Frequency. The Edifiers shine as a stand alone smart speaker system if you add a Chromecast Audio to them and you don't need a receiver. I highly recommend the Polks if they are rear speakers for surround sound.

👤They will damage your amplifier. These are 6 speakers. When I bought them, I didn't pay attention to this critical detail. The Yamaha R-S202 which I own is one of the very popular receivers and amplifier. I own a Yamaha $1000 audio receiver that accepts low impedance speakers but has to be changed in the setup to accept them. Before you buy these, make sure you check the minimum IMPEDANCE. Polk did a disservice by designing speakers that sound great but don't meet the 8 ohm standard. The Polk T-15 bookshelf speaker is rated at 8ohms. The lowest priced speaker in the T series is the only safe speaker. Please only buy 8 speakers. My previous 5 star rated review has been deleted since it was only noteworthy at the time. There is subjectivity about the accuracy of my claim. These speakers are 6 watt. The Polk name states that these are 6 ohm speakers, as many other users in reviews on the internet also stated. One reviewer tried to correct my claim that the cheaper T-15 was 6 ohms and the T-50 was 8. The user is wrong. The cheaper T-15s are more safe than the more expensive T-50s due to the lower impedance of the latter. The Polk website now says it's a 8 6 ohm speaker. That makes no sense. Is it a 6 or 8? Polk is trying to hide this important fact. Users mentioned their tripping. The lower impedance speakers make the amplifier work twice as hard, which results in failure regardless of the wire gauge. Do your research and be aware that there is a lack of clarity about the spec. Lower impedance speakers sound better because they take all the energy out of the amplifier. Unless the speakers support 6 ohm, just pray the amplifier doesn't cut out.

8. Bose 3 1 Home Theater White

Bose 3 1 Home Theater White

The Bose sound bar is the best performing sound bar. Ask to play music, get answers to questions, and control smart- home devices with the built in alexa. An eight-microphone array ensures superior voice pickup. You can play music from your phone or tablet with aBluetooth Connection or integrate wi-fi music services. The Bose sound bar 700 is designed to bring music, movies, and TV to life with deep, dramatic bass. A powerful driver and generously sized port deliver a dynamic range of rich, low notes so you can feel the full impact of pulse-pounding scenes. Quietport technology virtually eliminates distortion, so you can rock the house without sacrificing clarity.

Brand: Bose

👤The bose performs perfectly. Sound quality is important. It's like a theater with my tv.

👤Soundbar doesn't turn on when connecting to the tv reliably and will sometimes sleep the tv when it shuts off after an unsuccessful pair. Call the manufacturer and they won't do it.

👤Good looking product. It's not great wireless and remote performance. It was difficult to set up. Sound for the money. The Polk signa1 system is at least 50% better than the Bose Sys. The app didn't work right. Controls for bass and audio adjustments are not good. I was disappointed because I loved Bose products for a long time. A $500 product for $1400 is a value and utility.

👤The voice assistant does not work in Kuwait, so the product looks and sounds great, but it is not working in my country. I looked and found that this regional issue is the same in many other countries, so I paid for a "smart" soundbar that is not really working.

9. Bose Surround Speakers 700 Black

Bose Surround Speakers 700 Black

The Bose sound bar 700 is designed to match and enhance the overall aesthetic and acoustic performance. It's a sound that puts you in the center of your entertainment. Simply plug the adapters into a power source and you're good to go. Bose sound bar 700, Bose sound bar 500, and sound touch 300 are compatible with. There are two options for Bose Black orArctic white. There are two-pin speaker cables and power cords included.

Brand: Bose

👤The sound that I got from the base and the soundbar was simply awesome. They came out with surround speakers for the 700 system and I waited a while to see them. It's spendy. I decided that I wanted to order the system. Bose is a genius. It took a matter of minutes to install the speakers, and what I heard was something I've waited my life for. It is clear and fills the room with sound. Tom Cruise is in the movie Top Gun. Holy smokes. The room was shaking in my nice sized living room. My wife and I were happy. I would recommend people to get big sound with small units. Awesome job Bose... Thanks.

👤If you want to complete the Bose 700 home theater speaker groups, I recommend getting the rear surround speakers. The difference between the two speakers is that the #700 is included in the description, so pay close attention and buy the correct speaker. I got the $299 one but it wouldn't project a sound for anything other than movies, and even with that, you couldn't hear anything. To hear it, you have to be close to the speaker. If you're looking to get the best out of your Soundbar 700 and Bass 700, this one is worth the extra $200. It will create an ultimate home entertainment experience if you get all 3. Bose needs to come down on the price. We paid a lot for the speakers, mounts and stands. I used a $0.25 hinge from Home Depot.

👤These speakers are great. Very loud but small. A very clear sound. It was easy to setup for me. I wonder if they are good. I pause the TV to hear if it was Bose. I think the Bose sound bar 700 is the only one that works. The stand for these bad boys will cost you $179. The white is not as shiny as the silver. I kept the black.

👤I returned them because they are not worth the extra money. Very disappointed.

👤I used to have a Bose 700 soundbar with 700 Bass and surround sound speakers. The sorround sound was weak and I could not hear them. I bought these when surround sound 700 came. The set up has been a nightmare. Setting up the sorround speakers had taken me many hours of repeated tries to get it synchronized, and it often got unsyncched, leading to another few hours of re-syncing. The sorround sound 700 has been worse. I spend 5 hours on sat and another 4 hours on the phone. I tried factory reset the soundbar to be unplugged and then re plugged in multiple times to switch it off. Not all 4 get synchronized. I am tired and frustrated and that's why I rant. I am happy with the sound, but not the setup.

👤The deal with these is here. When watching a movie, you don't get loud because they only pick up certain sounds and deliver them at a surround sound level based on the volume you are listening to. There is an exam. The hills of a person's shoes should not be as loud as a person talking or the echo of wind. The speakers deliver sounds. Not going to deliver the sounds from the bar. The 700 Bar and 700 sub are great for watching movies. The speakers don't produce loud sound during moovies because they are designed to produce specific sounds at a specific volume. My name is My Opinoin. The addition of these speakers is noticeable. The 700 system consists of a bar, sub, and surround speaker system. Their sound impact is unparalleled. PerIOD! You will be happy with this buy. I was going to send them back, but I was going to play music through them. Rock, Country, Rap, R&B, and Blues. The price is still high despite the wireless feature and maintaing the quality. But you know that it will be charged by BoSE. I think the speaker could have been sold for less. I gave them a 4 star for their value for the money. You can enjoy Bar and Sub on a tight budget. You should get this if you can afford it.

Brand: Bose

👤The speaker looks great and sounds great. It doesn't work as advertised. It connects to the internet. All Bose speakers do. The speaker has a seamless connection to multiple music services. That capability is not good. I have fast and reliable wireless in my home. The Bose Speaker 500 was difficult to connect to. Setting up the speaker was very difficult. I tried many times to connect to the Bose Music app. I unplugged the device multiple times. I reset to factory settings many times. I had to restart my internet service multiple times. After an hour, it connected. The connection to the device is terrible. I haven't begun to discuss how bad the music service is. It doesn't want to play the satellite radio station. Nothing I do works. I purchased this device because of that, and at this point I have given up trying to connect to Sirius. It won't play music from my Amazon Prime account. No luck for me. Other elements of the voice activated assistant work. I have that going for me because it will tell me the temperature outside. That is not the reason I spent $400. It is a complete waste of money. You can get a good sounding speaker for half the price if you use theBluetooth connection. Do not spend your money on this product.

👤I want to listen to books on my BHS 500. I put it with my device. The Spot is supposed to play my book. Bose is playing it. It was relatively easy to setup. Bose's sound is extraordinary. The box looks good where you put it. I connected it to Amazon Music, where I get most of my music. I have over 8,000 songs stored there. It's easy to connect with other music sources if you have them. I had a major disappointment and a minor disappointment. I was sad when she said she couldn't play Audible books. I hope that will be fixed in a future update. There is a minor disappointment like so many new devices that are compatible with the voice assistant. No other options. This is Bose great, but just waiting for Bose to make it better. I almost gave it a 4, but the sound is so good that I can't. It is recommended.

👤The manual was downloaded. Bose App doesn't correspond to the instructions in the manual, so I tried to follow them. Been working all day.

👤There is a lot to like about this speaker. The design is very attractive and the sound is great. There are enough pieces that work for both the speaker and the piece. Asking it to play music was often told it wasn't authorized until a second attempt led to an interesting argument. I bought an extra echo and echo sub after returning this. The sound quality was improved by this setup. The straight echo setup works better.

👤There are a lot of issues with setting this speaker up. I had to uninstall the Bose Music App after an hour of trying to find the "My Bose" link. I was able to connect and play music through the App even though I still haven't found that particular link. Two hours later, I am still setting it up, and having a hard time getting a support video to play. When I clicked on the "group speakers" button, it said "grouping not available", which made me cringe. I bought this for that. I only have one speaker from the "plus" generation and it should work on a multi-room setup. Stereo pairing, speaker groups, and multi-room music only support music over your wireless network, and do not support 3.5mm AUX in, or TV/video connections, according to the notice on Amazon's page. I don't know if I'm trying to play this over my wireless network. I'm confused. I was going to buy the Echo Sub system with 2 Echo+ for my mini- system but now I don't think that will work as a multi-room system if this one doesn't work. If this ends up being a $400 pricetag like the product, it will be going back. So far, what a disappointment. The only reason it's getting a 3 is the sound. The overall sound is described by Bose as "The widest sound of any smart speaker" and it does not have the bass response I expected. It has a wonderful sound. I wanted it to act more like a sub with all the talk about how great the bass was.

11. Bose SoundLink Color Bluetooth Speaker

Bose SoundLink Color Bluetooth Speaker

Bose technology has a speaker that is water resistant. The built-in mic for the speakerphone is loud enough to take conference calls out loud. It's easy to pick up and go with a soft touch silicone exterior. It is easier than ever to pair with a phone with a voice prompt. You can enjoy up to 8 hours of play time with the battery. You can easily take calls and access your phone's virtual assistant with the help of a wireless headset. Bose Simplesync technology can be used to pair SoundLink speakers with a member of the Bose smart home family to play in sync.

👤The speaker I bought in March of last year stopped working four months later. The speaker is working again after I reset it. I've always liked the product line. Hold down the play/pause button for 15 seconds after plugging in the soundlink. Before releasing the play/pause button, it is recommended to remove the charge cord from the unit. Plug the unit back into the wall charger after releasing the button. The power button should be pressed.

👤I was surprised by the Sound Link Color II's arrival and its connection. The instructions were so poor that we wondered if we had bought a fake. We wondered why the online manual wasn't included with our speaker. We had a lengthy set of safety precautions in twenty-one, I kid you not, twenty-one different languages. Bose is a great name. Bose products have always exceeded expectations and most of the time left us in awe. The Sound Link Color II would be just as amazing as the Sound Touch 10, my wife and I thought. The Sound Link Color II sound is average. It is a little better than our four year oldPhillips speaker, but it is not as good as our two year oldKardon speaker. The speaker's bass is almost non-existent, and it will not play as loud as either of the two other speakers we compared it with. The Bose was absent. We were very disappointed. Bose says the speaker works best when backed up close to a wall, but not against it. Bose's advertisement of the speaker as an on the go, outside, camping, swimming/party speaker was odd. We tried the guidance and it seemed to add a little more bass. The speaker's sound flaws are not overcome by nearly enough. Some reviewers thought the speaker was a lint/dust trap, but we didn't find it that way. It felt good, provided a solid feel, and seemed consistent with the speaker's water resistant claim. The speaker has an annoying feature when charging. We couldn't turn off the beep in Bose literature. We found this irritant to be very common and can be fixed by using a non-Bose microusb cable. The online fix eliminated the problem. Bose's name is on the flippin' cable, which is not a big deal. You expect better, Bose for Pete's sake. The app was not a factor. Not useful and not a problem. It was easy to connect to the Bose Sound Link Color II and play music from your music library. The app has no features other than it's stereo/party mode where you need two Sound Link Color II speakers. That's going to happen. This was not a good buy. I spent a lot of time on Black Friday and Cyber Monday looking for any kind of deal on the Sound Link Color II. The sound would compensate for a few dollars, I thought. It was a bad call on my part. I bought our Kar Harmondon Onyx a couple of years ago through a Black Friday deal. It costs less than the Sound Link Color II, but it beats the Bose. I don't think the speaker is worth the Bose premium.
