👤I was surprised to see the label, but when I looked it up, it was clear that this is a kit sold by Costco.
👤I have been an audio head for as long as I can remember and I have always wanted a great set of speakers for my home entertainment system, but was discouraged by the price. I recently purchased a Denon 3700 receiver and was looking to purchase a new set of surround speakers that would work with the new feature of Dolby Atmos. I was shopping for speakers at a store and was overwhelmed by the prices. I did my shopping online. The fine print said it was not a matched set. Did not matter. All appearances match. The speakers work well together. The speakers on the front floor are clean. I was previously running Polk speakers. My wife, who does not like loud surround sound sounds, has been wanting to watch different movies since setting these up. Shoot em up, explosion type movies! Couldn't be happier. And for the price? It could not be better. I am here to tell you to order these now and you won't be discouraged because your ears have been waiting for relief. They are amazing! Too bad my neighbors don't agree with me. Ha! Cheers!
👤The price for good speakers is great. The floor tower speakers cost more than the entire set. They sound great. They make a nice sounding home theater system.
👤These speakers are amazing. The value you get as a package can't be beat. After setup, we are hearing music we have never heard before. The performance of the atmos is amazing. Sound doesn't come from a direction, but rather fills the air. When watching television or movies that are made in the USA, it is truly an expierience. The bass is amazing! It's powerful and deep. I had to dial down for my small playing area. If you are thinking of these speakers, stop thinking because they are the ones you need and will enjoy for a long time.
👤I'm surprised that this is not the same set. I thought maybe a mistake was made at first, but then I looked at the item pictures and realized that this set was sold differently than it was advertised. The speakers are black with a wood grain. The sub has a plastic surface. I have attached some pictures. Make sure this is what you want before you buy. I have faith in the world that these bad boys will sound awesome, but I was so disappointed by the mismatch that I wanted to share with others so they knew what they were getting into.
👤If you need a large speaker setup, these are some of the better looking ones, with the copper-spun elements. CLARITY is the strongest attribute. The speakers are silent if a part of the film is supposed to be silent. There have been a few times where I have figured out what someone is saying, due to the clarity of the speakers. The bass is somewhat underwhelming. I was hoping for a punch from the sub. I wanted a Steve Harris. This is a 5.1 system. The effect of the films mixed with Dolby Atmos is limited, and it is like you might not have it. Buying more surround speakers for a 7.1 set up would be better for me.
A power hungry vehicle. For extra bass and punch, a 10-inch Dynamic Balance woofer and a directed port provide accurate bass with added depth. A perfect solution for a small room. Even at low frequencies, the sound is rich and deep, even at high volume. The speaker plays the most demanding nodes without any distortion. The power to 100 Watts of Dynamic Power can be doubled with the in-built 50- watt amplifier. This sub is highly durable and fit for use. It is easy to integrate with existing systems. Variable 80-160 Hz and 40-160 Hz frequencies. A sleek grille on the front, speaker and line-level inputs, as well as speaker-level outputs on the back, make this sub cohesive and complete!
👤The glowing reviews for the PSW10 came to me after I had gone through three smaller 8” subs. It was better than anything I had before, and it was every bit as good as they say. I was so impressed with the musical performance that I began budgeting for something even better. The PSW10 cost 5x more than the SVS SB12-NSD, but many forums claimed it was light years ahead of it. I found the claims to be exaggerated after breaking in my new SVS. It could reach down to a bone-rattling 15hertz, which I like, but may not be everyone's cup of tea. For every other attribute, the PSW10 was 80% the quality of the SVS. I had to replay a bunch of songs side by side with both subs and assign a 10% more tightness to the SVS. Maybe some people consider that last 10% improvement night and day, but I just call it 10%, as in only really noticeable when compared side to side. I agree with many other reviewers that the PSW10 is perfect. Nothing can be done at its price point.
👤I had a Denon receiver and ordered 2 of these. I figured I might as well try it. I read an article on an A/V forum that said that 2 lesser expensive woofers is better in a home theater than 1 single premium one, because it will fill the room better and matter less where you're sitting for how you hear the bass response. I am blown away. I have one on either side. They sound great with games, music and movies. Replacing my theater in a box sub sounds terrible. I watched the Dark Knight and it was crazy how much more powerful the guns, cars, and punches were with the better bass and music of the films. Weapons firing and explosions in games will shake the walls if you want them to. I'm sure a single one of these would be a huge upgrade over theater in a box subs, but with a pair, they really shine. Highly recommended.
👤I bought two of them because my Pro Sub 1000 died after 8 years. The purchase was based on the reviews. The receiver has two outputs. I decided to get two when I only had one. I was a bit underwhelmed at first. I was expecting a lot more bass, but it wasn't the case. It didn't have the same effect as my DT. I was expecting the cost of the DT to be under 200, but it is close to $500. After messing with the output of my speakers and receiver, I finally got a decent sound that I can live with. I have to keep the volumn on the subs to get the results I want. I only had to have half of it. I don't play music on my system, so I don't have a review of the sound quality. I'm glad I got two. There will be additional review after two days. I will now rate these as a 5 star after I realized that the lack of bass from these speakers was caused by an operator error. I didn't have the output to the sub turned up from minimal. Once I started cranking it up, I got more bass. Excellent. I can turn down the master volume on the speaker. The auto shutoff feature was malfunctioning. It wouldn't wake up on a signal return when it went into sleep mode. I didn't have a high enough output to the sub on my receiver. It works great after another issue was solved. Very happy with the purchase.
100 watt power handling. Klipsch 2x R-26FA. The Klipsch 5 year limited warranty on the Dolby Atmos Floorstanding Speaker is for 2x Front Grille and 2x Top Grille. The main channel has a Frequency Response of 38Hz to 24kHz. The main channel has a sensitivity of 97dB. The main channel has 100W / 400W power handling. The main channel hasNominal Impedance of 8 Ohms compatible.
👤I feel like this is more of a confession now. I have lost my mind and become a Klipsch junkie. I went off the deepend in just two months. Klipsch speakers and upgrades are on this list. The speakers have been great! I had to have more. The Klipsch RP-8060FA was recently purchased by me. The speakers on top of the reference premier are the same as the ones in the movie. Due to their size and weight, they are being delivered by a semi truck. I pick them up today. This will be the last update I do. The wife has no idea that I bought them. She is probably smarter than I think she is because I won these in a raffle. The sound quality of these speakers is a must have. I'll keep my R-26FA's in a different room. August 15th is an update. I lost my mind a month ago. Started with the speakers. I've bought a number of things since then, including two 12 inch Klipsch subs, a wireless denon receiver, and a 65in TV. The lady asked if I was done, but I hung my head and said no. Need surround sound for the RP-502's. I have never done drugs before, but I assume it is like being a crackhead. Just can't have enough! I've decided to upgrade my home stereo system. I went with the R26FA pair because of the price and my brother in law was talking about Klipsch speakers. I had one on Monday and one on Tuesday. As they arrived, I hooked them up. One speaker is a monster. I had 4 Onkyo tower speakers and one speaker blew them away. I was still in awe after having them both go. The 12in Klipsch sub was purchased by me, and it hit hard enough to rattle the dishes in the kitchen cabinets. The current center speaker isn't enough and that's what I noticed while watching movies. It's not a big speaker, it's not worthy of being plugged in. I wait for the center speaker to arrive. I'm buying all my speakers before I upgrade my receiver. I listen to a lot of music from classical to heavy metal and these speakers are great for it. Be warned, you will want more.
👤Good purchase. Hope they last.
👤I used to have large speakers that failed, but my replacements have always been small due to the small places I lived in. I moved into a small house with a big open living room. I never upgraded my speakers. I replaced my front speakers after they blew up. It made me a Klipsch fan. I replaced my 20-year-old HK receiver with a Yamaha 7850. That made the sound quality much better. 20 years of technology really makes a difference, even though the HK was great. I thought about getting full size speakers up front because I have a room now. I can use the 41Ms to get the floor standing up. I love the home theater experience and wanted to use the new receiver that was compatible with ATMOS. I found the Klipsch R-26FA floor standing speakers on Amazon after searching for them. I was surprised that you could get these with built in ATMOS. The R-26FA are the same as the R-26Fs, but with the addition of the ATMOS top mounted speakers. They bounce sound off the ceiling and provide sound all over the listening area. Atmosphere is referred to as ATMOS. If you want to add the ATMOS speakers to an existing system, you can buy them separately. The speakers are over 100 lbs. It was nice to get them on Prime as shipping would be expensive. It would be easier to set up two people than one, due to the weight. There are three binding post pairs. 2 more for the standard front firing speakers and 1 for the ATMOS speaker. The lower 2 are bridged so you can hook them up to a normal front speaker. You can bi-amp the two binding posts if you want. You can bi-wire them. I don't see much use in that, both post sets to the same terminals on the receiver. I am currently using the included bridge and it sounds good to me. I haven't tested the idea of removing the bridge and using wires to bridge it. Speaker covers give the speaker a nice look. If you don't leave them off, the gold and Klipsch horn look great. You can choose which look is better. I had to do some balancing to get the sound I wanted, but in the end it sounds great. Klipsch put the tweeters on top so they are ear level when sitting down. The bass is provided by the woofers, but my subs handles it nicely. The ATMOS speakers work, but it is not something that you will notice. I bumped the ATMOS sound up to increase the affect as I have a vaulted ceiling. They produce sound most of the time. Some games and movies are made for ATMOS. You will hear sounds coming from the top speakers, like a helicopter flying over your living room. I use my XBOX as my main source and it works well, but I had to install a Dolby app to use ATMOS. I am very happy with the new speakers and they are great for my living room. I use my system for more than just movies. I like to listen to music while I clean or study. The R-26FAs were exactly what I needed and were much cheaper than the current model. I recommend them for purchase.
There is a home theater experience with intrusive sound and hi-res audio. There is a 1" tweeter, a 6.5" driver and a 6.5" Bass Radiators. The 2 bass radiators add a warm sound to the room, reaching the far corners of the room. This speaker is great for enhancing your movie, music, and gaming experience. If you fill a small to medium sized room, you can produce a captivating sound which will pull you into the action. Polk has a complete range of T-series speakers, including two T50 Tower Speakers, one T30 Center Channel, two T15 Bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer. Polk speakers are compatible with most home theater audio equipment giving you many setup options. POLK'S QUALITY IS AT A AFFORDABLE PRICE. Premium acoustics, high quality construction, easy setup and a spectacular theater experience are what you can get with these value-priced speakers.
👤There is not much to say about these speakers. I want to address people who are down rating them for having fake speakers. A lot of speakers have passive radiators. A non wired way of increasing bass output. Please don't penalize the product due to your lack of knowledge, because the product clearly states that two of the speakers are passive.
👤I bought a speaker. I rearranged my living and it seemed like my tower speaker was malfunctioning. I pulled the speakers out and discovered they were fake. Make sure you have real speakers if you are by them.
👤I bought the S15 speakers from Polk after I was so impressed with their T15 speakers. The S15 is said to blow away the T15. My definition of blow away is the difference between the T15 and fast food drive through. The S15 was noticeably better on that scale. I'll leave it to you to decide if the difference is worth more than 2x the price. The T15 gives you 90 percent of the performance for under 50% of the price, which is outstanding value. The T15 is more versatile because it is more compact and front port, which means it can be positioned right up against the wall.
👤Edifier R1280T has puncher/deeper bass and can sound muffled. The Polk Audio T15 is a good choice for a home theater system because of its airy highs and clarity. The Edifiers are the better sounding stand-alone speakers. It's easier to not notice an absence of high Frequency than it is to not notice an absence of low Frequency. The Edifiers shine as a stand alone smart speaker system if you add a Chromecast Audio to them and you don't need a receiver. I highly recommend the Polks if they are rear speakers for surround sound.
👤They will damage your amplifier. These are 6 speakers. When I bought them, I didn't pay attention to this critical detail. The Yamaha R-S202 which I own is one of the very popular receivers and amplifier. I own a Yamaha $1000 audio receiver that accepts low impedance speakers but has to be changed in the setup to accept them. Before you buy these, make sure you check the minimum IMPEDANCE. Polk did a disservice by designing speakers that sound great but don't meet the 8 ohm standard. The Polk T-15 bookshelf speaker is rated at 8ohms. The lowest priced speaker in the T series is the only safe speaker. Please only buy 8 speakers. My previous 5 star rated review has been deleted since it was only noteworthy at the time. There is subjectivity about the accuracy of my claim. These speakers are 6 watt. The Polk name states that these are 6 ohm speakers, as many other users in reviews on the internet also stated. One reviewer tried to correct my claim that the cheaper T-15 was 6 ohms and the T-50 was 8. The user is wrong. The cheaper T-15s are more safe than the more expensive T-50s due to the lower impedance of the latter. The Polk website now says it's a 8 6 ohm speaker. That makes no sense. Is it a 6 or 8? Polk is trying to hide this important fact. Users mentioned their tripping. The lower impedance speakers make the amplifier work twice as hard, which results in failure regardless of the wire gauge. Do your research and be aware that there is a lack of clarity about the spec. Lower impedance speakers sound better because they take all the energy out of the amplifier. Unless the speakers support 6 ohm, just pray the amplifier doesn't cut out.
The built-in channel is for Dolby Atmos. The main channel has a copper Spun Magnetically Shielded IMG Woofers. Bass-Reflex via Rear-Firing Tractrix ports. There are dual 1" aluminum diaphragm compression shavers. Square Tractrix Horn. The sensitivity is 96 dB with 2 83V/1M and power handling. It was Hz.
👤There is proof in the hearing. I love the fact that the R-625FAs can enunciat high frequencies. At times instruments such as cymbals and triangles seem to be present. Woodwinds and brass instruments are very good. When I play Artie Shaw's clarinet pieces, it seems like he's in the room. I was surprised by the weight of the speakers. When I ordered them, I didn't bother to check on this. When installing them, it's better to have a hand truck.
👤Love them. The speakers are fired to deliver the sound. The sound bounces off the ceiling. You are completely immersed. The heart of the experience is the sound system. I bought mine from Amazon and they arrived perfect. I can not tell the difference. A few bucks were saved. If you crank it, it will blow your ears off. Very happy with them.
👤I got the whole set of 10 matching speakers. People are blown away by me. The corner was smashed on the bottom of my speaker as they arrived. Be careful to check your speaker when it arrives from a carrier other than the one you choose.
👤I received one speaker on the date and the second on Monday. I set this up quickly and enjoy listening to them. I have a Onkyo 7.1 which is great and I will watch a DVD to compare the sound.
👤I have owned speakers from Klipsch before and these are no different. They are outstanding. The sound quality is great. The surround sound on my first Atmos speakers is excellent. I would recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed if you buy the Klipsch speaker.
👤If you like the sound of Klipsch, you will be fine. The speakers have built in speakers that give you a different sound. The room filled with sound. They could make more on the bottom end.
👤The seller was great to deal with and the product was in perfect condition when I got it. I would purchase from this seller again.
👤I was looking for atmos speekers.
The dual 5. 25" Spun- copper IMG woofers are made of Spun- copper. The 90x90 square tractrix Horn has a 1" aluminum lts tweeter. 95dB at 2. 83V/1m 400 watt power handling.
👤This speaker has been with me for a little over a year. I use the R-625FA speakers in my 5.1.2 for my front side speakers, but the audiofile is not as full as it could be. This makes features like surround AI on my Yahama CX-A5200 less than ideal because it tries to always put dialog on the center speaker when the side speakers sound better. That's what it said. The center channel still has excellent sound quality, but it is not as good as the other speakers. When I leave my audio in surround decode, my audio experience is the best. If I were to do it again, I would buy the R-34C or Klipsch's Reference Premiere line up.
👤I got this on a lightning deal for a replacement speaker. Excellent performance for the investment. The sound is clear, powerful and broad. I hear sounds that are dull or invisible with older units. It blends well with my Polk Audio speakers. It works well inside my center console at the top of my receiver stack.
👤I've tried different speakers to balance out the sound quality of my center channel, but until now they've lacked in their ability to reproduce the human voice. The voice sounded either muffled or mechanical and unnaturally over-amplified and at the limit of each speaker's range. I use Klipsch speakers in my 7.1 system, including two height speakers. The R34c center channel from Klpsch was adequate, but it couldn't give the full range of the human voice as naturally as I would have liked. I went to Amazon to find a Klipsch R52c because I couldn't find a store that stocked a full range of speakers. I was looking for a combination that had the depth and high frequencies I was looking for, and this was it. Almost. The R52c is a great addition to my home theater audio needs. The sound is crisp, clear and full, but it can't handle women's voices. I recommend the R52c, though, with one caveat. I went back to my R34c since it seemed to do better.
👤I went with these because they have bigger drivers. They sound great for the price. They don't make anything like the 450c for this series. Don't have a second thought about buying these.
👤This was a great replacement for my Klipsch satellite speaker. I used to use that satellite speaker as my center channel. It worked well while it was there, but then came this. This is a center channel. It gets better and better. It is clean and crisp. There is no more asking the other person next to you what they said. I thought I would have to go all out to make things work for me. Bose 4001 direct reflect and this one are working well for me. It is a match made in the heavens. The Bose have enough bass to cover a sub. The speaker has everything I was missing.
👤Although it improved my sound, I was a little disappointed. I expected more from the speaker. This review is more compatible with my Cewrin Vega fronts, which have a 95% sensitivity rating, because it is done on movies and TV shows on satellite, DVD's, Blue Ray, and 4K. The dialogue volume goes up when the music goes up. My wife says the sound is more clear and understandable. It's a good improvement over my old center speaker which had an 89% sensitivity rating, but it's not as crisp as some have said. It makes good quality dialogue sound good, but it makes lower quality dialogue sound bad. The voices sound screechy if the treble is high or bad. The voices will sound better if the treble is adjusted and good from the source. That is also true on my Vegas. A movie in stereo only plays on the front speakers. I have always believed that a good audio system makes bad sounds worse. It took me awhile to get the R 52C to sound balanced and good. I used the manual and audyssey. The center channel's treble had to be turned down to make it sound good. I lost my friends by setting the equalizer for each channel. I had to adjust my speaker volumes manually. I am happy with the new speaker. The speaker only goes down to 89 hz so I had to set the crossover at 100hz. I have always set it at 100hz for the center channel. I have good highs and bad lows. The speaker of the r 52c does not make bad sounds sound better, but it does make good sounds.
The Elac Debut 2.0 F5.2 Floorstanding Speaker is black. The ELAC Debut 2.0 C5.2 Center Speaker is black. The ELAC Debut 2.0 B5.2 Bookshelf Speakers are black. ELAC Debut 2.0 DS10.2 200 Watt powered Subwoofer is black.
Experience a wider room filling sound. Bass Booster is a device that increases the bass's power. Light effects that pulse with the beat can be experienced with Led Party Light. Group play allows you to connect multiple compatible devices to the sound tower. The spatula is a spatula. You don't have to worry about spills with a spill resistant top-panel. You can connect two different smart devices at the same time. There is ausb 1 inPUT. You can connect your device to the port and play music with it. There is ausb 1 inPUT. You can connect your device to the port and play music with it.
👤The sound is good. I bought it because of the 10" and 1500 watt speakers. Those are the deep balls. The bass seems to be in the 50hz range. I want that bass head to hit in the low 40's minimum low 30's even better. For me, it's a huge disappointment and will be returned.
👤I was hoping that the much larger, much more expensive speaker would knock my socks off, because my daughter had a good one. Not even close. It was not loud and the sound quality was cheap. I was looking for a grown up version of the R 1, but found a silly, sad middle school P.A. speaker for only $500. I still have my compact, bedside Bose for when I want loud and clear.
👤The T50 model has a 1 Cons. You get 25% of the 500w MRS. 2. There is no wi fi connection, it is not compatible with SmartThing. I had to manually set up my TV remote every time I turned my TV on because it wouldn't recognize the speaker as it should. 4. Not compatible with any other sound system but the same model, and made in china, not South Korea or US. Someone asked why I'm getting it posted. Stereo Sound can only be achieved by two of the same model. They could allow you to set different speakers and output limits. Let's leave the app in it needs a lot of improvement. It doesn't work while connected to TV. Tech support that is unreliable will not give you answers or knowledge about the products. Every time you call, you'll get a fake call-back. After wasting a lot of time on the phone, I was able to get an update to my onw researc and fix the issues with the internet. The pros are 1. Looks good, Nice design, maybe the issue that made them limit the wattage output was the design. The bass doesn't sound stable with the current design and it sounds ok and loud. If you can leave with a cons, I recommend you get a speaker that looks really nice and sounds good indoors, and you can buy two of the same model for Stereo Sound with your TV.
👤DJ, mobility, and lighting are not important to me. This is a good choice for karaoke. Don't think so. 1500W. 1000W is enough for your neighbor to call the cops. It is definitely a keeper.
👤Da Bomb! This speaker is a man. The bass is Maddd. The bass was Madd. Clear and elegant. Can you blast them away from your living room? I am a dj and I recommend this speaker. It is a beast.
👤Digital sound is broken and the red and white alabaster connects for my 2010 HDTV with no wireless technology. I decided to get a floor-based tower. Perfect.
👤Sound is pretty good, but 1500 watt rms is not. It could potentially be loud, but not as loud as it could be. It's a statement in size. In order to connect to a tv it needs to be enabled.
The forms to the specifications. The spun- copper woofer is about 4 inches in diameter. The Tractrix Horn has a 90x90 square design. 100 watt power handling.
👤I use these as my left/right and rear surround sound speakers in my 7.1 system. I have been using a budget set of Polk for 10 years and wanted to upgrade. Wow! What a change! Don't get me wrong, the Polks sounded good, but now I feel like I'm in the big leagues. The range of these speakers is both night and day. They have excellent highs and a mid range. The highs sparkle during hard action movies. I upgraded my 15” Sony sub to a 12” Klipsch to support my front and center mains. The sound was great and I couldn't be happier. The quality of Klipsch is amazing. They are more expensive than a lot of the speakers, but you get what you pay for. You can spend the extra money on Klipsch. I posted a few pictures after someone inquired about using them as surrounds. They have a screw mount hole in the back. It was easy.
👤I was a little underwhelmed when I first connected them. I bought a pair of studio 60s in 2001. I had a hard time hearing what the speakers were supposed to do. I run through a receiver. The setup was not really impressed. The speaker section of the setup has a setting for "Dolby Enhanced Speaker". The distance from speaker to ceiling could be set. After adjusting this to my measurement, it opened up a whole new world of sound. I am very happy with this purchase, the movie Gravity sounds amazing, and the helicopter sound is now overhead. If your sound isn't to your liking, there may be an adjustment you're missing. They are worth every penny, and I waited for them to get back to the $300 mark.
👤Great add-on speakers! I added 2 pairs to build out my 9.2 Atmos setup. These things are large, so pay attention to the dimensions. The placement of the wiring clips was not good. The speaker connections may be ugly if you place them in a certain location. I mounted these on the ceiling and they were beautiful.
👤I used the surrounds left and right, but a foot down from the ceiling, as a reference for my 5.1 Klipsch system. I will be looking to get another pair of speakers when I decide to go with the Atmos setup.
👤Sound quality is good. The speakers are small for my taste. It's great to have speakers above and down towards the audience. It's a little spendy for what you get.
👤If you understand the tech behind it, you will be very good speakers. These are not to be used as back speakers or surround speakers. These are crossed over at 150hz for a reason. This will complete the package if you already own a Klipsch surround set. If your receiver is the bowl, the bananas are your speakers, and the ice cream is your sprinkles, then these are your extras. It gives life to the set. If you understand what they're made for, you can get them now. You just have to understand how it works. These were mounted on the wall, not the ceiling.
Crystal clear sound with a deeper bass for a cinematic experience. The 265-RT In-wall speaker comes with a 6.5" mid/woofer and a 1" Silk Dome loudspeaker. Use this 3-way speaker as a left/right speaker or rear speaker in a 3.1, 5.1, 6.1 or 7.1 channel system to offset reflective surfaces with no sound distortions. The perfect fit template, pre-construction brackets, and the patented rotating cam ensure secure installation. The loudspeaker goes into the wall to give you a clean, clutter-free look. You can paint the sheer grille in any color you want, and it will stay in your home decor. Polk is one of the most trusted names in home audio. You can relax and listen with your heart if you bring out the best in surround sound systems.
👤I ordered the components of my theater system upfront so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I would keep everything at my finger tips. You can't return anything after 30 days if you got a bad product. This is too short of a period of time. When I called Polk to see if they would honor their warranty, they refused to send me a new speaker and instead sent me some parts to disassemble and repair.
👤The speakers come with a template for the perfect hole and layout for your room. The grills are very low profile, and the mesh is very fine with a high-end look. The speakers were secured firmly to the wall. I used these for my fronts in a 5.1.2 system, which was matched with the Polk 255crt. I am blown away by the sound after calibrating my levels. These produce clarity in both instruments and voices. The transition from one speaker to the next is perfect. I highly recommend these for anyone looking to install a clean in-wall system.
👤The speakers are still performing without issue three years later. These things still sound amazing behind my theater screen a year later. Stop if you have doubts. Place them all vertically for your L-C-R front soundstage if you buy three of them. You will not regret it. The speakers are awesome. I have three of them in my home theater and they sound amazing.
👤I've owned a pair of Vega's since 1998. At the time, they were top of the line. I thought they were still at the top. No, no! The Polk speakers are large and open. The sound stage is almost 3-D. Wow! I've been missing a lot over the years. The vocal cords are clear. It sounds great. Metal, Rap, and other electronic music can be hit and miss. You will definitely want a sub. Movies are also great. I have 3 of these in my house. They use your wall as the enclosure, so there is only one downside. They are not "dialed-in" perfectly. The foam plug insert is used to compensate. It becomes an acoustic speaker.
👤I was glad I put 3 of these behind the screen. If you have enough space, do it. There is a reason for choosing polk. I like the fact that he hits with a deep clean bass. I used to be a big fan of bose. The quality of Bose has gone down over the years. Polk audio is a better comparison to Bose. The difference? Polk prices are reasonable. I still have two. Hopefully they sound good in the ceiling. It is not the same polk as the other fronts. I went with the rc-80i. The speakers were loud and clear. If you run these as fronts, get yourself a nice sub. These are perfect for my SVS.
👤After a long argument with my wife, I agreed to get rid of my 20 years old Wharfedale Valdus towers that are taking too much space. I would say 265-RT is perfect if I didn't compare it. They are hidden in a wall. Polk sounds like Chiwawa against German Shepherd. The sound is crisp and deep. It's very good for the movie theater setup. For the first time, I will consider sub-woofer. My dear wharfie, farewell...
The system includes tower speakers, surround sound speakers, and a center channel that is designed to fit you with every sound effect the producer intended. The Signature Series uses premium components that ensure high fidelity sound transporting the concert into your living room. Powerful 8" woofers provide optimal linear movement, resulting in a low Frequency bass performance that is clean, deep and controlled, and Ultra high End Neodymium tweeters produce high frequencies with captivating clarity. Every song is indistinguishable from the original recording because the sound waves travel directly from the center of the woven glass fiber cone. The cabinets are made from engineered wood to create a warm, distortion-free sound.
👤I bought a white Elite 5.0 Compact Home Theater several months ago. When I tried them out for the first time, they sounded great. I powered them with a Yamaha V383 home theater that did well on movies but fell short on my music, therefore the Elite speakers and these did nothing but impress me when I jammed my tunes. I watched a bunch of reviews and comments on you tube about the Signature Series Home Theater and gave it some serious thought. I ordered the Fluance 10 inch sub along with the Signature Series because they are more expensive than my Elite system. I've been playing them for 2 or 3 days and they keep getting better as time goes on. I'm pretty sure I've reached the 10 hour break in time, and everything I thought my Elites were the Signature Series leaves me awestruck with a smile on my face. Fluance, you guys have built the best set of speakers that I have ever heard in my life, and I am proud to have purchased them. They are a pretty set of speakers and I would recommend them to anyone. Good music is supposed to be played loud at 64 years of age, as I still love my tunes. That issue is taken care of by Fluance. You guys are the best. Thank you.
👤For a reasonable price, this is serious quality. I like the bass and the watt. I have a natural sound receiver that is around 100 watt per channel. I like the style and sound. I use 14 gauge wire and banana plugs. It is much more efficient. The first thing I noticed was that once the volume goes up, it gets very loud. The speaker cabinets are very solid and the covers are magnetic. The match is beautiful in both sound and sight. The results are amazing, I combined a sub with this system.
👤Excellent sound. I had an issue with one speaker, but I believe it was due to ruff handling. The flue costomer service did everything to make it right. Add the sub to the speakers. And so crisp.
👤Excellent all around. Quality and looks are great. Listening to music and watching blue ray movies is amazing. Love them.
👤The fluance signature series of speakers are very good. I bought the set. The bass is tight and powerful, the mid bass is smooth, and the highs are accurate on all of the speakers. I recommend them to anyone who wants a good quality set of speakers that won't break the bank.
👤Over the years, this has been one of the better purchases I have made. The speakers look great and the tower speakers get a lot of praise. The best part is that they sound great and I am still listening to them even though I paid a lot.
👤I decided on the set of speakers for my new home theater after shopping around for a while. The sound quality and cabinet quality of these speakers are very good. The Denon 3500 was matched with an addition sub from the same brand to compliment the package even more.
