The terminals are insulated and non-insulated. The terminals are insulated and non-insulated.

Brand: Irwin

👤This one is an example of a well-made stripper, and it is made by the same company that does a great job with its tools. I know strippers. The stripper feels great in the hand, strips-on-command, it's a lot sharper than most strippers you encounter, it's a perfect tension, and it never hangs around looking for a tip. Excellent done!

👤I bought this because I had to cut a few screws shorter than they were because I made a custom coat rack. It was nice until I realized the screws on the back were pushing into the wall. Oops, major oversight. I found out that you can shorten the screws if they stick out so long. It's very easy. One of these tools is all you need. They have screw cutters that allow you to slice through thick screws with barely any effort at all. I was surprised how well it worked. I have no idea what it does or how to use it, but it strips wires and cuts them, and does a bunch of other things. This was a great way to get it done quickly and without mess. The end of the screw is off when metal is sawing through them. It's important that it leaves it threaded and not pinched so you can still thread a nut onto it. The product is genius. Highly recommended.

👤I didn't want to file it down, so I got these to cut the screw. It was easy enough. Give it a squeeze by threading it in. Nothing. Maybe I'm getting weak because I'm spending too much time inside. Doesn't budge. Maybe I need to speed it up. There is still nothing. The inner cutting point was getting damaged. I had my roommate try it, failed and then just laughed at another failed purchase. I dig up an old screw and attempt to cut it off. Everyone in the reviews and videos claims that it was very easy. I was able to slice it. The vise grips lost after I tried again with the screw. I lost. I have filed the screws down to the desired length since posting this message.

👤I don't like how long they are, but they do what they need to. It's not a smooth action to open the handles to load the next wire, and they are wide, so it takes a bit of effort. Not an all-day tool, but an occasional use tool. I'm doing hundreds, perhaps thousands of terminations in a week, so I'm probably overly sensitive.

👤I bought 2 of them for their names and ratings. I have other tools that are of good quality. I don't recommend buying these. The edge of the cutter on the first pair I tried to cut through was missing. It's still usable, but now has a notch in the cutter. The wire insulation is not cut very well by the second pair. The insulation is wrapped around the wire instead of being cut through. It gets the job done, but not as cleanly as other wire strippers I own. I'd think twice before buying anything from him.

2. Klein Tools Cutter Stripper Stranded

Klein Tools Cutter Stripper Stranded

The heavy-duty Ecoat finish on the cast alloy chassis makes it resistant tocorrosion. There are cuts, strips, and loops of 10-18 AWG Solid and 12-20 AWGStranded wire. The ground is stripped of holes. It is easy to bend, shape, and pull wire with a strong-gripping nose. There are holes for looping and bending wire. Clean cuts can be made with shears-type cutting blades. The grips have curved handles. The grips have curved handles.

Brand: Klein Tools

👤They were not as good as the ones I remember from college, but they were still great. The difference between the cheap home depot stripper and this one is amazing. It cuts wires with a sharp "click" and strips like wires are supposed to be naked. It's a great tool if you're going to be stripping every day.

👤These strippers are for stranded and copper core wire. I finally got the right tool. I've struggled with diagonal cutters, which aren't as easy to use. The self- pulling strippers are great for small wire gauge, but not for big AC wires. I struggle with the sharp wire cutters. I have two pairs of crappy strippers from my dad's collection, with a stop nut that you adjust to strip but not cut your wire, and they don't work well for long. I got these before I put in a 100amp panel in my barn, and I am so happy I did. I would still be working on the first circuit if I wasn't working on it.

👤Excellent quality! There is something special about a U.S. made product. You can tell its design and engineering by one touch. I was born in the Philippines in 1970 at the age of 14. Everything is made in America. My Dad taught me how to handle these for self defense. Oldsmobile, Buick or Chevy were our cars. GE, Frigidaire, and Zenith are in the Appliances category. The top of the line is what it means in those days. Like the tool. I wanted everything to be made in the U.S. The way I remember it. I love America.

👤Good quality from klein. I was disappointed on the packaging, but it was not damaged. Light weight.

👤I only use them for homeowners chores. That is what I am! Even if it is an occasional use tool, I won't buy it. The good stuff is Klein. It was precision. Accurate size. The handles are very comfortable. Good materials. There is a Quality is a word. It was made in America. Don't spend a lot on tools. Don't regret it if you pay a little more. Highly recommended. Thank you for reading.

👤A pair of wire strippers. A smooth hinge mechanism, comfortable ergonomics, and a great rubber grip are some of the things that make it feel good. The USA is the only place where this quality could be made. I need a set for a long time. Highly recommended.

👤I received a used tool. The wire cutter was used. The handles were dirty.

👤When I got it, I thought it was great. I noticed that it wasn't working as well after a few uses. The problem is that the two halves weren't closing completely. Around the wire. I have to jiggle the handles at the same time I'm trying to hold the wire and stripper to get the jaws to meet. It seems like the joint between the two halves has loosened, causing too much play in the jaws, and making it difficult to remove electrical wires. It works well when I align the jaws. They should align themselves on their own. Klein Tools has a high quality product.

3. Legrand HT2103WHV1 Home Theater Connection

Legrand HT2103WHV1 Home Theater Connection

Excess cable can be stored in-wall and there is slack for convenient access to the back of the TV. The media center can be moved closer to the wall. A 125V receptacle is included. The cable access strap is easy to use. The total outlet is 2. The easy extension of electrical wiring is supported by the other products in the family.

Brand: Legrand

👤There are wires behind my TV. I wanted something that was durable, usable, and good looking. I like that the unit is not square so that furniture can be closer to the wall. Since the three main ports are decora, they can be changed out to be whatever you want. You can change the location of the power outlet. The mechanism for holding the unit on the wall is good. I've taken it off a few times and I haven't had any issues with it. I put a piece of lath at the top and bottom of the hole so that I wouldn't damage the drywall if I tightened the screws too tight. That makes for a good installation. The brush insert was the only thing I kept. I added a keystone plate instead of an outlet and replaced the screw-back speaker plates with ones that have more terminals. I replaced the silver screws with white ones. I'm very happy with this unit, even though I only used the shell. It is holding up a lot of hardware.

👤This uses standard Decora inserts. To get the connections I wanted, I swapped my own keystone plates in. If you need to get more cables to your TV, there's an additional knockout on the top. I like that it allows me to expand in the future. I wish it had the brush. There is a The bad? The screws are made of silver. It's not a big deal if your TV is in front of it, but it looks cheap to have metal screws. The outlet box for power is an old style one that you can find at big box stores. I expected a more elegant solution. It did the job and was easy to hook up. I didn't know how it would fit in a wall. It's your wall, but it should fit.

👤I took the opportunity to run my surround and subwoofer wiring under the house while I was remodeling it, and this box fit the bill. The box is easy to install and can be tailored to your liking. I replaced that section with a Legrand On-Q decora 4-port keystone plate because I didn't need the front speakers. I ran a patch cord up to the TV and hardwired the receiver and PS3 to the other ports.

👤We hired a professional to hang the tv and hang the wall mount. The outlet has a lot of plugs and space. The TV is flush on the wall. Exactly what we wanted.

👤It's a good way to clean up the installation.

👤Excited to install. The product seems to fit my needs. Thank you.

👤Speaker wire coming out of the wall is much cleaner. The brush plate was swapped out for a cat 6 wall plate.

4. AmazonBasics 16 Gauge Speaker Wire Feet

AmazonBasics 16 Gauge Speaker Wire Feet

The speaker wire cable is in the box. CONVENIENT: A/V receiver or amplifier can be connected to audio speakers. It is wrapped around a hard plastic spool for easy distribution. The white line on one side of the wire is a good indicator of the audio system's polarity. There is clear audio. The plastic jacket helps ensure high-quality signals.

Brand: Amazon Basics

👤This is what it is supposed to be-- low cost, consumer grade speaker wire. We use this to connect our 15-year-old consumer-grade amplifier to our old consumer-grade speakers, so that we can play music and movie sound-tracks streamed over the internet at whatever bit-rate our connection happens to support at the moment. The speakers are placed on whatever flat surface we can find, in whatever arrangement gives us some semblance of stereo and "surround", in a living room where "acoustics" take a back seat to "not having things fall on our heads". The impedance-matching to the speakers, the cable's power loss, the frequency response are all 2nd-order optimizations where we are just looking for the first approximation. We just want a cable that will not break easily if pulled or set-upon, that won't short the amplifier with ordinary use, and whose performance is no worse than the other aspects of our setup. We understand the difference between copper and copper-clad aluminum. We have our own multi-meters, oscilliscopes and power meters, and we don't care. If you're an audio engineer, chances are you won't be reading this review. You are not researching if this cable will allow you to hear the heartbeat of the violinist during the second movement of Beethoven's 9th. You're too busy putting anti-reflective coating on the edges of your CDs and putting your amplifier on tiny little conical feet. You buy artisan crafted, hand-pulled pure copper cable from sustainable mines that is encased in fair-trade gold-foil RF shielding and wrapped with organic cotton-fiber sheath. The cable is not great, but it's all we need.

👤Buy a stripper. The plastic outer sheath was difficult to peel with scissors. The leads on the speaker box and receiver are split in two. Cut to length and then strip the ends to expose the copper wire.

👤The quality is terrible. When the wire is stripped of its protective cover, it breaks easily and leaves tiny shards of wire on the floor and carpet. It can be hard to see the shards on the carpet, and the tiny bits can irritate the skin. Speaker wire can create a mess. It's probably the first purchase I've regretted.

👤This isn't real copper, but it does claim to be. This is a pretty decent cable. It's easy to work with. If you're okay with the limitations of copper-clad aluminum, then this is actually pretty nice to work with. The insulation is soft and flexible and the cord is easy to see. It would be one of my favorite brands if it were pure OFC copper.

👤These are more than 16 gauge. They are not as thick as my wire. In the picture. The left and right are 16 gauge.

👤Good wire, good price, used for outdoor speakers. A dog toy made from empty spool.

👤I was surprised that I gravitate towards a brand name with "basic" in it. I have found good quality products at good prices with all of the other AmazonBasics products. I decided to stick with my original speakers and not reuse the old wires from a different house after getting a new receiver. I was happy to see a brand of wire from AmazonBasics. I can't claim to have a trained ear, but I can tell the difference between a Monster branded wire and a Yamaha wire. I would encourage you to measure before you buy. I got a 100 foot roll just to have spare wire, and ended up using most of the 100 feet of wire. I am finding that AmazonBasics products are solid, quality products that are priced less than the low quality products.

5. WGGE Professional Crimping Multi Tool Multi Function

WGGE Professional Crimping Multi Tool Multi Function

The on-tool wiring guide can help minimize wiring errors. The Professional Wire Stripper is an 8 inch tool that cuts, strips wire and loops 10-22 AWG Solid copper wire or aluminum cables. The nose is strong and easy to use. The curved handle and non-slip rubber handle enable firm grip and eliminate hand fatigue. It could be applied to both insulated and non-insulated terminals. Quality assurance is a 24 month warranty. 24 month warranty and 24 hour customer service. Quality assurance is a 24 month warranty. 24 month warranty and 24 hour customer service.

Brand: Wgge

👤This is a very well made tool. The quality is better than I had expected. I think the purchase of this item is a good idea. You won't be disappointed. There is only one negative about this purchase and it has nothing to do with the item itself. Multiple requests before had a chance to use the tool, the seller nagging for feedback was so bad. I don't know if I want to deal with them again. The seller gets 1 and the item gets 5 stars.

👤It was used for less than 10 minutes. It was broken in half.

👤I needed a wire stripper for a small project. I didn't know how to shop for a wire stripper or how much I wanted to spend. I bought it based on the reviews I read. I agree with the reviewers that mention the lack of opening spring, it worked for my project. It's a really useful feature to have a spring to open it. If I ever have a bigger project, I will get a tool with an opening spring.

👤I already own a version of the tool that I use for work, so I swapped these for the one I already own. Better grips, a little wider and more comfortable than the Irwins. Better price. Good for cutting larger wire. Better than the Irwins. I had an issue cutting my pair. The screw cutter was difficult to insert but it cut and did not damage the threads. I would purchase them again.

👤Excellent quality. I have owned many wire strippers and crimpers and they are better than I thought. The dual-purpose tools like this one fail quickly or become dull. You can spend ten times more for fancy brands of seperate tools for the same purpose and they walk off the job or get permanently borrowed by the neighbor. You can still get a great tool at this price, but you can't afford to replace it. I think I'll order a half dozen more and just give them away. They make great gifts for people who work at home or on the job.

👤Large wire strippers work well in small hands. It was easy to use. The cuts and strips are very sharp. The rubber grips on my RV help me cut, connect, and splicing wires. These wire cutters were used to hook up my wi-fi booster. I've never owned a better cutter, crimper, and stripper. The steel feels strong and sharp. It is easy to tighten the Allen wrench bolt and nut when it gets loose. I don't need to cut a screw. I'm sure it will be easy. I think I can recommend this pair of wire cutter to anyone. Will update this review as needed.

👤I crimped some of the thicker power cables for the project. I used the plier tip on the tool to cut, strip, and crimp wires that were within the range of the tool. The tip of the plier broke. Suddenly, and suddenly. I offered to return the broken one when I called Amazon. I will not be buying a replacement from this brand.

6. CrocSee 25ft Management Protector Self Wrapping

CrocSee 25ft Management Protector Self Wrapping

The Inner Diameter is 1/2 inch and can hold 3 to 4 cables at a time. The cable sleeves can be cut to any length. The cords are fully protected from your cat. The "split" design makes it easy to add additional wires. The cable wrap will protect your cables in a variety of harsh environments.

Brand: Crocsee

👤This has been a great solution because our rabbit was eating our cords. The rabbit has not chewed through any new ones. It is very easy to wrap around cords. It isn't an eye sore and doesn't add too much bulk. It would be great to tidy up entertainment center cords.

👤I'm always concerned about items that are similar to this, you know, where you search on Amazon and there are 500 of the same Chinese garbage shows up. I was surprised by the quality of the description. I just need two 3ft lengths for my printer. It takes a little effort to cut length, which is a good thing, as it tells me that it's not going to fray easily with daily use. It takes a little effort to get the wires in, which tells me they're not going to slip out easily. The split sleeve is better than the whole sleeve wraps.

👤Cats chewed my dad's oxygen tubes. I tried critter cord, but it stunk and made his tubes too heavy. This adds almost no bulk and minimal weight. His tubes have been covered for a week now. If you have a lot of tubing to wrap, having someone with no hand soreness put them on might make your hands hurt.

👤This stuff is nice. There is an area in front of a sliding glass door that has several speaker cables and a rca cable that is starting to get annoying. It was only a matter of time before a wire was punctured because of the tack strip. I knew I would be adding an additional cable soon after I bought the well. The cable management folds back to keep the cables wrapped tight. The sizing chart is easy to use and thick for wire protection, and Amazon got it to me asap. I bought 25' because I will need more in the future.

👤This was used to cover wiring to a litter robot and a phone bedside charger. If you make the size snug to the ends, it's easy to put on. I think the cat tried once. It's head walked off! It was wonderful! Don't get rid of your cat because the Da Bird or Feather tease toy is very similar to the wire sizes. The wire should be covered.

👤The plastic cable sleeves I have are too stiff and hard to get the cables into. The zip-up kind of sleeve was too big for my cables. It was perfect for what I wanted. The cables are flexible enough to bend into any curve you want. It's not more heat resistant than any other plastic, as evidenced by the instructions to use a lighter to melt the end, to prevent it from fraying. It cut well with my dull scissors. I was a little worried that my cables would try to escape the sleeve, but the sleeve brought them all together nicely. The size I bought was 1/2. It cleans up my cable mess nicely. Highly recommended!

7. Speaker GearIT Meters Theater Speakers

Speaker GearIT Meters Theater Speakers

Quality assurance is a 24 month warranty. 24 month warranty and 24 hour customer service. This speaker wire cable is built with quality stranded conductors and is a professional grade speaker wire audio cable. You can use this speaker wire to connect your speakers to your A/V receiver or amplifier in a variety of ways. The facts about Oxygen Free Copper and the ADVANTAGE of CCA are here. The same signal frequencies and reliability can be found in CCA wire. The advantage of the speaker wire is its flexibility. You can enjoy the same functions and reliability with Oxygen free copper, without paying the extra cost for the installation. The highest quality material and manufacturing process. They stand for the highest quality product and customer satisfaction. They offer an easy return policy if you're not happy with the product. All product comes with a lifetime warranty service.

Brand: Gearit

👤I used these to connect the amplifier to the subs. It works. The wires are thick and nice. I tried to see if there was any distortion in my speakers. You can't go wrong with these wires.

👤The sound quality was not very good and I had thinner speaker wire. I bought this when I painted my living room. The sound quality of this cable is better than my old stuff.

👤I did not have any issues with running it in my van, it seems like a good wire. I had tested the wire with the 6x9s speakers and they sounded great, I connected them to a garage audio set up using a receiver. It was delivered quickly.

👤I used this wire to install new speakers in my car after purchasing it in good order. Do your homework before using the wire in your car. As the price of copper increases, it is being sold more and more. I was not aware of the difference between copper wire and aluminum wire. I have used OFC -type stranded wire for years for automotive use. I only read about the installation and didn't realize that I didn't want CCA wiring in the interior of my car, running along the floor and in the interior doors. OFC has the same capacity as CCA wire. The resistance of the wire increases when you apply more current to it. You can expterience a drop in voltage and an increase in generated heat due to the CCA. I had just finished installing my new car speakers and I was very disappointed. I didn't want my family to be in the car with me when I went down the road, because I knew there could be problems with the door panel and floor. I don't want to start a hot dog stand with my new built-in machines, and I don't want to drive safely down the road. I am replacing the OFC 2 conductor wiring in my car doors and have purchased replacement spools of 16-gauge and 14-gauge OFC 2 conductor wiring. There is a chance that I will return to Amazon. I put all of the wire in the recycle bin. The health and safety of my family is more important to me than a couple of dollars. YMMV.

👤I use this wire for all my speakers. The jury-rigged system was improved. The quality and price are excellent. I had more gauge wire. I had trouble with the stuff. This wire is correct.

👤I've spent a lot more money on lower quality speaker wire, both locally and online. The quality of the wire is good, the copper content is good for a copper clad aluminum wire, and the insulation seems to be of both good quality and thickness. No complaints at all. It works with a high powered home stereo system. No signal loss or degradation of sound quality can be experienced with a long run. Will definitely be buying it again. It's not oxygen free pure copper wire, but for a mid range home stereo or car system, they are perfectly fine and I have no concerns about using this product at all.

8. Stripper Electrical Klein Tools 11063W

Stripper Electrical Klein Tools 11063W

We stand for the highest quality product and customer satisfaction. They offer an easy return policy if you're not happy with the product. All product comes with a lifetime warranty service. The wire stripper and cutter can cut 8-20 AWG and 10-22 AWG stranded wire. A compound action stripping involves grip and strip. The stripping holes are precision made. The insulation layer can be removed in a single step. The tension loaded wire-grip gently holds the cable. The heavy-duty Ecoat finish on the cast alloy chassis makes it resistant tocorrosion. The heavy-duty Ecoat finish on the cast alloy chassis makes it resistant tocorrosion.

Brand: Klein Tools

👤After the return window, broke 4 days. There were a lot of emails to customer support.

👤One bad review can easily swayed a group of people. These are perfect. I'm sure they will last the test of time if you read the description correctly and don't abuse them. I've already benefited from these.

👤Don't waste your time buying a different version. I sent it back because it worked about 80% of the time. The Klein tool costs seven bucks more, but works 100% with no f ing around and having to try two or three times to strip a wire. Nobody pays me for my opinion.

👤It works. I guess... I'm not going to write a long review extolling the virtues of this particular tool so here are the pros and cons. The handles are long and could be unsuitable for smaller hands or uncomfortable for larger hands, and it doesn't do a perfect job on smaller gauge wire. If you like the striping function of this tool and you want to save weight and bulk, I would remove the cutter completely and use a pair of high quality angle cutter for all of the cutting work. This isn't a bad way to build tools, but it's indicative of cost savings and definitely doesn't look and feel like a good tool made from one forging, casting, or even better solid billet of material.

👤I had used them at work, but never owned one. I bought one for myself. I like this wire stripper. You can compare the wire conductor size by looking at the matching stripping slot to line up the wire. Click it and the wire is stripped cleanly. The strip length is the length of the wire you want to place in the stripping slot. There are some limitations. If your wire conductor is too big for the biggest slot or too small for the smallest, it will not cleanly strip your wire. The description says what wire gauge it works on. I know from previous experience that some wire types are less friendly to stripping. Teflon wire with thin insulation is more problematic for wire stripping tools than other types. These are not normal wiring. The item description says that the strips are easy to use and that they fit the stripping head. You can see where the wire will be stripped and how long it will last. You have complete control over how long a stripped end is. It is the fastest way to strip a lot of wires. It was very nicely made. It only takes up to and down the wire gauge listed for the stripper. It is a bit pricey, but I think it is worth it.

👤I used to use regular pliers for wire strippers, but they were unreliable. They would either fail to cut the insulation or the metal. Maybe an experienced electrician could use them with confidence because they work with them day in and day out, but I'm just a hobbyist who occasionally does a small bit of wiring for a project. This works well. Every time, I get perfectly stripped leads with no effort. I only use it once or twice a year, but the peace of mind and lack of fear is worth it.

9. InstallGear Gauge Speaker Wire Cable

InstallGear Gauge Speaker Wire Cable

The thicker the wire, the lower the gauge number. The thicker wire has less resistance to flow. A good conductor for audio is provided by the copper clad aluminum wiring. The most economical option is speaker wire. TheRUGGED PVC JACKET allows free, wide and seamless adjustment of the required physical properties of this wire. It's easy to identify pollutants. This jacket allows easy identification of the two opposing poles. If you make a polarity mistake, you could be damaging your audio equipment. Soft touch jacket. The jacket on their cable is designed to fit the person who is installing it. This jacket has a low memory and is flexible.

Brand: Installgear

👤Be aware of the scam. The speaker wire labeled 16 gauge is actually 20 or worse. I needed 16 gauge speaker wire to avoid too much loss on the wiring. I picked this product for the price and look. It was a bad combination, like many other things in life. I bought two 100 feet of wire. I ran the wires through the attic for 6 hours after they arrived. It was not easy and I almost had a heat stroke because of the small cuts on the hands and arms. I got it done. The wire needs to be connected to the wall plates. The conductor looked thin and pathetically thin when I peeled them. The gauge 16's diameter should be 1.29mm or 0.05 in. The InstallGear "16" gauge is less than what should be for gauge 20. This is a scam. I don't want to go back into the attic. If I choose to live with it, I will probably be disgusted every time I turn on the TV. I think I need to talk to someone. I wish I could help you avoid the same trouble. There is a I hope the people who are selling this product get what they deserve.

👤I thought I would give this product a try since the price is competitive and the red and black color combination looks cool. I found that the speaker was thin compared to AmazonBasics 16 gauge wire. I had to check if I made a mistake by placing the wrong gauge wire. I did not. The one from AmazonBasics has more copper in it and the diameter of the wire is thicker. Maybe it wouldn't have a noticeable difference in audio quality. I don't have a lot of confidence in this product. It was kind of disappointed.

👤All the other single star customers have the same sentiment. The product is not 16 gauge. It looks nice. The lack of metal quality is dictated by the cost. I decided to give it a try because I knew about it. I apologize, but I didn't read any reviews. The old saying " buy once, cry once" applies here. When I cut and installed our new home cinema, I immediately noticed how high the volume needed to be to detect any subtle audio output. I went back to read reviews and was disappointed. I took a sample to an audio store and had it measured. The wire is 20 gauge. If you don't need 20 gauge, that's terrible. I'm sure this product works well in the proper application, but not for someone giving it a single star. I returned the product I bought from the audio store because I disconnected everything. Buy once and cry once.

👤I used a cheap solid doorbell wire before buying this cable to replace speaker cables on my computer. I didn't like the look or feel of the shop I found laying around. I wanted something better, and I also wanted to carry DC power if I needed it. When this cable arrived, I was not sure what to think. I thought I'd try it anyways, because 16 gauge might be too large for my application. I know that thicker wire can be better, so I decided to go for it. I'm glad I did. I could feel the cable after unwrapping the roll. I could see why the insulation was so soft, if I didn't know better, I'd swear it was Silicone insulated cable. That was what it felt like. I had something in my hands that would easily surpass what I paid. I cut off the arm spreads I didn't need, folded them in half and cut them in two equal lengths. I used a pair of small dikes, but you probably could cut it with scissors, since the metal wire might stop you there. It was easy to split the middle and bind it with a half-inch of insulation, then hook it up to my speakers. The cable was easy to drape and route behind my desk. I don't think this cable is professional. The insulation is supple, but not thin, and I don't think it has a problem with wear. It could take a lot to compromise. It isn't Silicone, but it feels like it. If you need more protection, put it inside a spiral wrap. There are many products for that application. It was easy to install and feel great, but it was also easy on the eyes. The red and black insulation is translucent and shimmers. It's not making you think. Rather it's a smooth, supple texture that seems to indicate it's better than anything else out there. I found that it looks better with my system than the inflexible white doorbell I was using before, but it's not for speakers. The only downside to this cable is that it doesn't have an easy way to fit the loose end. You can tuck under a previous wrap, but I would drill a hole on the edge of the spool to tuck the end into. You could use a zip tie or twist tie. I thought I'd mention it. I don't think you'll be disappointed in this cable, after everything I've said. You may fall in love with it as much as I have.

10. Alex Tech 10ft Protector Sleeving

Alex Tech 10ft Protector Sleeving

Plug and play speakers are used for many scenarios such as Ultra HD 4K TV, game console, home DVD, computer, laptop. 👤The cord cover doesn't protect cords from a rabbit. I ordered several different types of protection and this one was my favorite. It takes a couple of minutes to slip the cord through the split, but once it's on it does the trick and isn't too bulky or inflexible. I recommend this sleeve for pets.

👤I don't know why it was so hard for me to find this product, but what's important is that I finally found it. It took me 5 minutes to install, and it plays better than I could have imagined. When one needs to stick out at a different point, you simply wrap the cord protectors around each cord. The solution to the ugly mess of cables that comes with every TV is simple.

👤I have a cat that chews on electrical cords. I can't tell you how many cords she's chewed through, but I can tell you how many charging cords she's chewed through. I was pretty sure I would find her fried one day, like Aunt Bethany's cat did in the National Lampoon's Christmas vacation movie. I tried the sprays that were made for chewing. I bought braided charging cables. I was hoping that she would stop chewing. I found these sleeves. The sleeves are easy to install and can wrap around more than one cord at a time, which is helpful for the tv equipment. You can open the sleeve and slide the cords inside. My cat hasn't chewed any cords since I encased everything in these sleeves. You can cut these to any length you want, so be sure to have scissors with you. I've purchased this item twice, to outfit all of the cords I could find. I have bought these sleeves twice now and have them on all of my lamps, tv, and exposed cords. So far, so good! They are protecting my cords and this crazy cat.

👤My cat likes chewing. Several products have been tried to cover cords. My kitten is chewing them. My kitten will get an electric shock if it chews cords. I found this product a few days ago. The cord is flexible after I install the protectors. My cat tried to chew through the cord protectors, but she couldn't. She had to give up. I think my cat lost interest in chewing my cords. I won. A great cord protection. I should have it before then.

👤The sleeve is soft and tight. If you don't know the size, I have a cable that is more than a quarter of a inch in diameter. It's not a circle, it's a diameter, and it's not flatted tube width. I bought a small sleeve. I got the cable into the sleeve. The inner diameter of an empty sleeve is determined by the size.

👤I have spent a lot of money to replace the little cords. One of my cats can find holes in any cord she wants. Until now. I put this on one cord to see how it works and found that she wasn't interested in the cord as before. I have to put it on every cord I can find to protect them. It will be worth it if I don't have to replace my cords often. It would be terrible if she got hurt doing that. It was easy to cut through the mesh to fit my cord with regular scissors. I will buy again.

👤I want to say thank you to the person who made them. My kitten likes cords and cables and he chewed through the Sub-Woofer speaker cable on my sound system. I looked for the replacement cable and it was $42. I did some more searching and found this amazing deal. This is compatible with my player and it also allowed me to use the damaged section of the speaker cable that was chewed through by a dog to connect to the Sub-woofer. I now have replacement cables for all of the connections on my player. This product is very good and I would highly recommend it. You should be golden if you view the compatible connection port pics. Thanks again for making this affordable option available.

👤These were supposed to be on my Sony system. The person hooking them up to the system is the one who will decide if they work or not. You will need a cable to extend the connection to your preferred length. Adding the cable to your connectors should be done with care.

👤It was a tough fit at first. I didn't think it would fit my system, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that my sub works the same as it did before the cable snapped. 10 out of 10 is amazing.

👤It was used for about 6 months. Don't work anymore. The speakers have no sound. This purchase was disappointing. Next time, go with a Sony product.

👤They don't look right, they don't feel right, and they don't fit. They work perfectly.

👤I was able to lose the connection for my home theater. I didn't think they would work, but they did. Also extends your wires by six inches.

👤Exactly what I needed for my Sony receiver. It is nice that I don't have to make a mess with the audio wire, just strip and insert it.

👤It was perfect! The connect is easy. Fast shipping. Excellent quality! Highly recommended.
