155 watt per channel. 4K/60p and HDR are supported. The film is called x-play. The height virtualizer and the DTS virtual are included. The accureflex and the accueq have subs.
👤Gamers! If you can't get 4k or 10 to pass through your system, you can use the power button to enhance the channel. Where in the manual do they tell you this? Hold the dvd button down and you will see the receiver switch from std to ench. Your welcome!
👤I wanted to upgrade from my stereo receiver to an A/V system after purchasing a new TV. I decided on this model after doing a lot of research. I had it for about two weeks. The sound is amazing with my Yamaha 5.1 speaker system. I would like to address some things. I went through the initial setup process and realized that my sub wasn't working. I tried to set it up again and realized that on the first screen it shows the sub but not on the subsequence screens. I called tech support and it was answered in under two minutes. This response was typical of every call I made. I was told to return it after walking through the setup. I decided to try a few things first. I thought the speakers were out of phase because I had a hard time figuring out which wire was the negative wire. I turned the amplifier up. It had been the same for a long time. The issue was fixed by one or both of these things. I don't think I'm getting all the sound possibilities listed for this unit. Tech support says it's my device. The 4K Amazon firestick should be able to provide all of those sources. The remote. The remote is moving. The receiver has four HDMI ports. The buttons on the remote correspond to the ports. "TV" is listed on one of the buttons. I want to go to live t.v. when I watch the firestick. The t.v. button does nothing. I have to change the input on the receiver remote by putting it down. To get back to the firestick, I have to change the input on the t.v., pick up the remote and push the correct button. On my old system, I could just hit "return" and it would return to the last item used. It's difficult when you are flipping back and forth. I called tech support and was told that the remote was not a universal one. He couldn't explain why the buttons were there. I don't know what the other buttons are for, since I only got a quick start pamphlet. The most important part is that it delivers great sound, superior to my stereo system.
👤This is a budget receiver. I didn't want a lot of bells and whistles to get lost in, just something simple and intuitive. You need to learn about the sound adjustments and experiment with them. I have a 2.1 setup with two large towers and a 10-inch sub. I prefer to set up the sound myself rather than using the supplied microphone. The Level Calibration allows you to adjust the volume of each speaker set. The line-level out port is something I like about this receiver. That adds to the flexibility of the unit. I use that port to connect my headphones. The remote control is easy to use. I recommend this receiver to anyone looking for a low-cost option that doesn't require a lot of bells and whistles. It is easy to use and sound good.

A digital display. The home theater surround sound receiver system has a built-in display. Features front panel control center and over current protection. Includes remote control.
👤I don't like the bright blue light when the unit is on, but I hate it when you turn it off with the remote. Looks like the cops are outside your window. The only way to stop it is to push the "off" button on the unit. Who was the "bright" idea? I don't like the fact that you have to cycle through the menu to get to HDMI every time you turn it on, and it seems like it should remember where it was and go back to that. You have to go through several different options to get to HDMI and the desire TV picture, and then switch to a different sound option because it sounds like static on the HDMI. It's ok once it's on, but I wouldn't buy it again. I would never have bought this unit if I had seen it in a store.
👤If you really want a bright blue light that never goes off when you turn off the unit, then you should not buy this unit. When I inquired about the indicator on their website, they only said it was a backup. There was no solution offered. I wanted to save a few local stations for preset. There is no information in the manual or online. The online support person didn't know the answer to the fundamental question, so I was told to create a ticket to advanced support. I don't like returning items, but this one may be the last one. Terrible support. Very annoying.
👤The unit works well. The price is great. The remote doesn't seem to work beyond 10 feet if you want to change a setting. The blue light on the button could be turned off. The light was covered with white tape.
👤This review was good. I would have given it a great rating, but a few things weren't as I thought. The surround sound is not a real sound. It doesn't do digital. It doesn't support DTS. The blue ray player won't play the video with the sound on. The sound is similar to a card in bicycle spokes. If I turn off the surround on the TV and use an optical cable to connect my stuff to the TV, it will work. Quality sound can be heard to 5 channels. I paid less for this unit. A unit with all the neat stuff for surround sound would cost a lot. I would make sure my friend knew that the receiver doesn't do real surround sound.
👤It is easy to hook up components.
👤One speaker output was bad and would output static. Returned immediately for a new unit. Any output of 5.1 would only output static. We're outside of the 90 day window, so we won't refund or replace now. Terrible customer service. Avoid this at all costs.
👤I didn't buy this receiver thinking I would get something great. I needed a budget receiver for the guest house. The build is fairly solid, but the sound quality is okay, the display is dim, and the blue power light is too bright. I returned the first one because I thought they were defects, but the replacement one does the same things.
Onkyo has a Home Theater Receiver. The Polk speakers are floor standing. The Polk Bookshelf Speaker is a pair. The Polk 2-Way Center Channel Speaker is from Polk. Polk 10-Inch Active Subwoofer.
👤Only one channel was functional after we purchased this. We have tried to contact the vendor several times, but have had no response. We should reach out to the vendor according to Amazon. Absolutely frustrating!
👤This system sounds great. It took a long time to receive all the items. To make sure everything was responded to quickly, the seller was contacted a lot. This is not a complete in the box system, but you know all items are seperate, so for the money time and patience for delivery, I recommend this set up speakers.
👤The system is great for the price. The family is happy, but we can finally stop watching TV with the caption turned off. The movies sound great. It was loud and clear. It took about 2 hours to set it up, the tower speakers were a little shorter than I expected, but I love them.
👤Don't be foolish and listen to other people. Sounds amazing. Even at less than 100%. Friends wish they had it. I don't think Amazon reviews are good. This is good music. The dead are blasted. And PHISh!
👤Customer service was even better than Stereo. The reciever was fixed quickly.
👤Setting up a system is easy.
HDCP 2.3 and eARC are present. 4K/60, 4K/ 120AB, 8K/60B, and HDMI 2.1 are available. MusicCast, Voice Control, and AirPlay 2 are available in multi-room. MusicCast can be used with MusicCast 20 or MusicCast 50 wireless surround speakers. Voice control with a variety of devices. TIDAL, Deezer, Qobuz, Amazon Music, and others. There is a future update for Dolby Atmos and DTS: X.
👤I'm sure you'll read about the fact that there are some issues with the next generation devices, but that isn't even half of it. There are a lot of faults that carry over to current technology. There is a band of high definition images. This happens when you use a hdmi 2.0 mode. Yamaha blames everyone else and refuses to accept fault. It's apple tv, it's every tv, it's PS4s fault, it's boxes faul, every device that has HDR banding is to blame except for the yamaha, which is only device that introduces it. Some users claim they don't have banding, it's hard to see in a lot of content, and only happens when data mode is forced into YUV 422. The chain and signal are messed up by the Yamaha. Let's talk about other issues. The X box series x has major black screen/sync issues going through the reciever again in 2.0. There is a 2.1 problem as well. Constantly, screen cuts in and out. If yamaha isn't in the chain, there are no problems. Future proof for 2.1? There is no. All 2020 recievers have the same faulty chipset that is missing big parts of the standard. The devices were doomed from the beginning. No amount of updates will fix it. Wait til late 2021, when the second generation 2.1 receivers hit the market, to keep your old receiver. All the others are duds.
👤I returned the device because of the bug. You can find the bug in the HDMI 2.1 receiver on the web. You need to wait until the middle of next year or later to get a receiver that supports all of the features of HDMI 2.1. There is a bug that causes a blank screen when connecting to the Xbox Series X consoles from Denon, Marantz, Yamaha, Sony, and others. The issue only occurs with 4K 120Hz and the work around is to change the audio chip to 4K 60Hz. This isn't a problem for Microsoft or Nvidia. Those products are correct. If you are okay with HDMI 2.0, I am sure this receiver will work for you, it simply doesn't support what I'm looking for due to the bug.
👤High hopes for this product. It's great when it works. The input from a player and box are not reliable. I don't know if it's a hardware or software problem. I bought an Asurion plan. Called them, spoke with first and second level support, and was passed on to the seller by Amazon. When trying to get a problem solved, it's a typical runaround. Not happy with Yamaha, Asurion or Amazon. I've tried to call Yamaha multiple times. The last time, I was disconnected after 90 minutes. I didn't expect Yamaha, Asurion or Amazon to support me if I ended up with a $600 paperweight.
👤I ran the auto calibration again after adding front presence speakers because the receiver has inputs for those. If you only have one listening spot, I recommend you do multiple point auto calibration so that you can get a better idea of how your set up is. After setting everything up again, I went ahead and tried out something with the atmos. I uploaded an episode of black summer to the streaming service. The receiver made a noise to switch over from the back surround speakers to the front presence speakers after detecting the atmos. 5.1 surround along with 2 front presence speakers is what I am getting now instead of 7.1. I was able to tell that it was coming directly up above me when a group of people entered a building with the lights above them. It sounded like it was coming from my ceiling. This is the only test I have done. I know that when I watch other Dolby atmos movies it will sound amazing. I noticed that if you watch any other content that has Dolby digital, the receiver will use the front presence speakers instead of the back surround. I am not getting the 7.1 surround sound that I was expecting when I played ace ventura on the streaming service. I don't think using the front presence speakers will help you in this case, since you have to switch the sound source from surround to straight in order for the receiver to output this in 7.1. I am amazed and very pleased with this receiver. I highly recommend you use front presence speakers to get the full effect of dobly atmos. I am using eARC and it works perfectly. This receiver was bought to replace my Onkyo RZ830. The receiver is solid. The design is modern and different from the traditional one. The old green text style display has been replaced by a new display. The setup was easy and took 30 minutes to complete. I was surprised by how fast YPAO took compared to Onkyos setup. It took manual tweaking since it set all speakers to 40hz. The distances were almost perfect but still needed some adjustments. I was amazed at how responsive the audio was when I used my phone with my Onkyo, but the audio wouldn't work on the other device, and there would be a horrible lag between the audio and the phone. Thanks to Yamaha, this was a major upgrade. I think sound quality is an upgrade over my Onkyo receiver. It is clear and loud. I like the sound effects Yamaha gives you for different sound modes, they add a different feel to music. I'm trying to figure out if it is playing a movie through eARC while it's on the TV. The display doesn't show the current sound codec to see what the sound output is. I might be doing something wrong. I will update this when I have more time to use this receiver. This is a solid receiver with a new look and feel and definitely a major upgrade over my Onkyo RZ830.
The Klipsch reference theater pack has a minimal footprint. The cleanest, most natural sound can be achieved with Klipsch's exclusive Tractrix Horn technology. The wireless sub is designed to deliver room-filling low frequencies without requiring a lot of floor space. Each satellite speaker has a threaded insert and a keyhole mount, which make it easy to place the wireless subwoofer. The reference theater pack has a minimal footprint.
👤The purchase of this product was about 5 stars. Good product, good sound quality, arrived on time. There was a problem that turned into a nightmare. One of the simpler and inexpensive parts of the subwoofer is the rubber foot, which is one of the legs that should have it. It was inserted under pressure. Why is this important? Without the rubber feet on the sub, it will lose its stability and the leg will hit the floor, creating a noise that shouldn't be there. Klipsch customer service initially was excellent, and immediately sent a replacement. The replacement parts were wrong. They made sure they had the correct model. They double check to make sure everything was okay. The attendant went to another department to check out what went wrong and assured me that I will work this time. Wrong part arrives again. I sent pictures with arrows pointing the rubber foot and a schematic sketch so they could recognize the mysterious part. Klipsch said to go find this part on the secondary market. I can't return the product because of the time spent. The price was lowered to make it even better. Customer service from Klipsch was incompetent. If my friends decide to buy anything from Klipsch, I'll use the system with a piece of cardboard under the leg to repeat the story.
👤I am retired but I can't throw away money. We built our own home on our farm and all of it is paid for by God. I went to a store. I paid less for the speakers on Amazon than I did for the Klipsch ones. I bought my receiver from Amazon a year ago because of the tight finances. Got it paid for, bought some great sounding Klipsch speakers and love them. What a sound. I am going to put my QLED 70 series on my wall. Got it from NFM. A beautiful vent free fireplace is1-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-6556 The setting is going to be beautiful. I want to have many romantic nights with my wife. God is in control of life. I went to Best Buy and the Geek Squad came to my house and said that it would cost a lot to install my speakers. I did it myself at 72 years old. The Stereo cabinet I put together is beautiful. I put the wheels under it because it will weigh 200 lbs. Almost solid wood. Thanks to Amazon, life is more affordable. The farmer is Joe.
👤The system came without a wireless accessory for the sub. The company that sold me the unit ignored me when I contacted them. If you would like to buy this system. Don't buy it here. I had a look at the Klipsch sub. It is a Onkyo sub in a box. Sending everything to klipsch on Monday.
👤I bought the speakers and receiver from thelipsch Black Reference Theater Pack 5.1. This is the best sound I have ever heard after I got it all set up. This system spits out perfect sound with everything I throw at it, from football games to television to different genres of music. I am playing my favorite songs and am hearing sounds I have never heard before. If you are going with 5.1 surround, I recommend this system. If I were to put a system in a larger room, I would have bought a 7.1 receiver and tried using the Klipsch as surround speakers, but now after listening to the Klipsch, I would go with the Klipsch.
There is a playback in the movie. The next-generation audio codec from DTS is called Dolby Atmos and it uses object-based audio to enable new interactive audio experiences. Bluetooth is a company. You can connect your phone, PC, or tablet to the receiver with the help of the technology. Whenever the smart receiver sees an incoming audio stream, it starts playing. DOLBY ATMOS. Without using additional surround or height speakers, the virtual surround and height effect can be created. 5.1.2ch. The personal preset. Press the personal preset button on the front panel for three seconds to change your settings. Up to three preset can be called up from the front panel button or remote control. RANGE CONTROL. You can use the up/down key on the remote control to make independent volume adjustments to the range, including dialogues in films, with this unique mid-range sound control feature.
👤I have a VSX-1130 in my living room and I really like it. I wanted to buy one for my basement, but didn't want to spend a lot. The price is 3 times the price of the 1130 I can't tell the difference in sound. The 1130 has bells and whistles, but the 534 is light and easy to set up. What else would you like? The sound from the 534 blew away the old Onkyo I replaced. Very happy. I would have gotten the 534 instead of the 1130 if I could do it over. Very happy. I replaced my old receiver with a cheaper one in my living room. It sounds better. Still very happy with it.
👤This is a fine piece of equipment if you don't need to use the HDMI connection to your TV. I needed the ARC capability when I bought this to use with my new TV. When the receiver is turned off, the signal will pass through. Problems exist with it on or off. I have a satellite input to the receiver and the ARC connected to it. There is an audio delay when you pause a tv show and start again. When you channel surf or change channels, the output to the tv becomes scrambled and you will lose the output altogether. I had to stop using the tv receiver because it was so bad. It took me a while to realize that the problem was the AV receiver and that I should have connected the tv directly to the satellite box. I missed the 30 day return so I'm stuck with the problem.
👤If you have small space, you're a great receiver. I own a huge Pioneer VSX that is twice the size and weight of the 534. If it's too big to fit in a cabinet. If there is plenty of power and features, a smaller surround can fit anywhere. Unless you wire the unit to the TV to complete setup, you cannot get out of setup mode. I didn't want to use the receiver to run my TV. I only wanted to use an optical connection. I had to run the TV, DVD and Echo through the receiver after the TV prompt. The main front speaker connection allows for 14 gauge wire while the center and back channels speaker ins only allow 16 gauge wire.
👤I wanted to test this receiver out for a while before I submitted a review. I'm very happy with this Pioneer. This was a great upgrade to my old Kenwood 5.1, which did not support the new DTS, and which was replaced by a slightly newer Yamaha that bit the dust after a power surge. I don't like to listen to music but I do like the fact that a receiver can belt out music and a picture with no distortion. The receiver delivers on both fronts. Older and newer CDs are clear. The dialog is clear while the movies boom through my subs. I wish they put a second slot on the front of the device for quicker, more convenient firmware updates and simple mp3 players. Follow the instructions carefully. The website gives more information on the steps, but they require you to turn off HDMI. If you need a receiver in a pinch, this Pioneer is worth the money because it is well worth the money. I put a couple of AC fans on top of the receiver to keep it cool. The previous Yamaha I owned was so hot I could fry an egg. I'm not taking any chances with this one. This application is where the receiver shines, because I bought an Lg UBK80 4k player. The sound of Ex Machina was amazing, with clear dialogue and booming lows of the soundtrack. The explosions boomed when I watched the 4k version of Aquaman. When the Atlanteans shot off in the ocean, my room shook. I am using a Sony sub and a Yamaha sub with Bose surround sound. The receiver made everything shine. For the first time, I could tell that I had surround speakers.
160 watt per channel. 4K/60p and HLG are supported. 5.1.2-ch audio and video. The Virtual:X and the Height Virtualizer are from the same company. The AccuReflex and AccuEQ have subwoofers.
👤When the PS4 Pro is connected to the TV, the option for 4K RGB is disabled, as you can see in the picture, and the frequencies for HDR are not the max, but when the PS4 Pro is connected directly to the TV. Check the message that says to check the TV settings. If you are going to use it for games, get something else. When I try a game, I get a warning that the game will play at 2K, but I don't see it because the TV isn't the receiver.
👤I have a set up in my home theater that is awesome. 2 front speakers, 2 ceiling pivot speakers, 2 rear surround speakers, 1 center channel, and 1 subwoofer are all expected to be upgraded soon. I've seen a lot of people flaunt their 2 and 3 thousand dollar setup but this receiver does exactly what it is intended to do and I have been buying Onkyo products for years and have not been disappointed yet. It can drive my speakers without being loud, and it can reproduce the sound of the movies in Dolby Atmos. My only regret is that I didn't get a 7. A receiver. I wanted to add 2 more speakers to the theater seating area. Maybe upgrade later. This is a great buy for anyone who wants a good Atmos setup in their home.
👤I had a 13 year old boy. I thought it would be a great upgrade since it supports all of the new sound formats. I was very excited when I got this. The result was disappointing. The sound was flat. The voice was muffled. I re-ran the setup again and the same thing happened. The Audyssey used on my old Onkyo is called AccurEQ. There was a manual setting on my old Onkyo, but it was not possible on this new one. Each time I ran the setup, there was a different one. It has a lot of bells and whistles, but I didn't like the lack of sound quality. I ended up spending over 2x as much as I would have spent on a Yamaha, but I'm very happy with the speaker calibration and the various profiles it offer out of the box, and there's also a graphical manual EQ. I didn't like this receiver. I wasn't happy with the sound quality.
👤Unless you have a lot of devices, this is all you need. I replaced an older unit with this one. The older unit had all the inputs that were never put to use. This is perfect for 4 devices. The sound quality from this unit is perfect once you start using it. It's better than the best movie theaters. The sound quality of the audio is not as good as it could be. The sound is the same as you get from the high end Onkyo units, even though it has the same 32 bit sound processor. I only use it for the two gaming consoles. I don't play music in the house. If you are looking for a high quality home theater sound system that is only going to be used as a home theater system with 4 or 5 devices, this is it. If your TV can pass HD sound, you will be able to hook up 5, 6 or 7 devices to this, depending on your TV's inputs. It does work very well with 4K upscaling. The HDMI pass through works perfectly, but the features are not real. The problem is that the standard is too new and not standard, so there are device conflicts. This is a great unit for anyone who doesn't have a lot of audio devices. Who does now?
HDCP 2.3 and eARC are included. 4K/60, 4K/ 120AB, 8K/60B, and HDMI 2.1 are available. MusicPlay, AirPlay 2, and Spotify Connect are available on the internet. MusicCast can be used with MusicCast 20 or MusicCast 50 wireless surround speakers. Voice control with a variety of devices. TIDAL, Deezer, Qobuz, Amazon Music, and others. The movie "Dolby Atmos" and the movie "DST: X"
👤The wrong chip was installed. This can't be passed through HDMI 2.1 with a firmware upgrade. The PS5 XBOX Series X and Series 30 cards send a signal. The hardware won't support an uncompressed signal. Don't be like me. Wait to upgrade when it's confirmed that it works with the next generation.
👤I am setting it up now, but so far I am impressed. Make sure to download and use the MusicCast app to setup. It took me a while to connect. You can easily setup everything with the MusicCast app. You can change the settings on each input. The X900H found the receiver and walked me through the integration process. I can play music on my iPad with the help of the receiver. The unit is much larger than my V373, and it is shiny. Feel free to ask anyone's questions. It looks like all the new AVRs were built with chips that may not be able to produce full 120/4K over HDMI. Yamaha says that a future update will fix the issue, but I am starting to wonder if I bought a failed product. I wouldn't purchase until this is sorted. You can use eARC to route the audio from your consoles to your TV. If you have an eARC compatible receiver, this is not necessary. Hopefully they will give a new receiver to those of us who bought them, if the update doesn't offer full 120/4K support. They can fudge it by offering a lower color range, and still output 120/4K.
👤Ignore the other rewiews! This Receiver does full 4K pass through via HDMI.
👤The Sony X900H is running the PS5 and the Xbox Series X, but the function is broken. Audio will be dropped from 1 second to 30 seconds in some TV apps. The only way to get no audio drops is running at 4k 60hz, eArc can't handle it. No audio drops are confirmed when you switch to tv speakers. The same issue has been reported with other tvs. There is a fair amount of color banding when running the PS5 in hdmi mode 1. To remove it, you have to change to hdmi mode 2. The receiver says it went from YCbCr 4:2 to YCbCr 4:2:0. It isn't working right. The sky has extreme color banding, also tested with 4KUHD movies. There were no issues with color banding or HDR when tested. The audio processing and sound itself is great for the price. Hopefully the next update will address these issues.
👤I'm impressed so far. This is my 4th purchase of a receiver and it's my favorite one yet. The pure direct button on the remote is something I don't like. The bass response in movies and music is much better than it was in the past, it's much more accurate and present at all volume levels. The scenes feature is new to me and I'm excited to use it. The speaker distances were within.05ft of the margin of error. I boosted the bass with a 120hz bass boost and changed the output from 80 to 120hz for a smooth bass overlap with my towers. I have a large living room withvaulted ceilings and a wide open layout, and I like the idea of a movie theater experience with this receiver and the andrew jones line of speakers. The preset for music, movie, weird dsp effects are still not good. Worst sound possible using enhancers. I think it's time to stop using these features.
The AccuReflex and AccuEQ have subwoofers. Enhanced realism and new features are available. You will think it's happening right above you when you hear the sound of a helicopter or rain. The 7.2 channel has two channels driven. 6 inputs and 1 output. There are 3 dedicated HDMI 2.1 inputs with 8k up scaling. Most voice assistants have support. 8K UDH, HDCP 2.3, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 4k/ 120 and eArc are included.
👤It was delivered before the expected delivery date. I wasn't happy with FedEx because they said I signed for it when no one else did. I connected this to my Sony XBR65X900H with a certified HDMI 2.1 cable. Everything is running perfectly on my PC and player. The surround sound system I manually adjusted was worth the money.
👤I'm not close to a soundwave snob. The setup was easy. The eq for regular tv is great. The atmos sound is amazing. The XBOX atmos is mind blowing. The bass is smooth and can be loud when needed. The upscaling looks good. I can see the crispprints in the grass with a decent 2.1 48gig hdmi cables. I was skeptical of the 8k upscale claims. I don't know how to measure that but the picture is amazing. The Denon and HEOS apps are available on both Apple and Android. I would like to be able to reassign the Quick Select button tasks, which is the only nitpicky thing I have to say about it so far. The button is not what I want it to be. I would buy this thing again. I think it's a good deal for what it does. I'll leave you with my nephew's words of review to my brother, "Sounds like we're at the movies daddy!"
👤I bought this Denon for myself because my old Sony receiver died. The set-up was very straight forward and the included microphone made it easy to balance the sound in the room. The Video Upscaling - My1080p is an exciting feature. The TV looks better with the Denon unit. Well worth the price.
👤I've been buying a receiver for over a decade. I didn't know about the new features on the units. It's not necessary to go with a more expensive unit unless your speakers need more power. It is easy to use the wireless technology from the iPhones. The Denon App allows the receiver to be completely hidden, with all features controlled from my phone. The sound from the newer smart TVs feeds right into the receiver and out to the surround, and only the one hdmi cable is required for this. There was no need for additional wires. Don't have any doubts about this unit, especially at the price point.
👤It was easy to setup the system. Everything I wanted, but I can't set it up. It's right there according to several emails. Don't look at it.
👤I was hesitant about buying a 75W receiver, but it's handled everything I've thrown at it. The sound quality is good. My Sony TV works great with eArc. Would definitely recommend.
👤I was surprised by how easy it was to set up. It even goes so far as telling you to strip wires, which is kind of dumb. I think we are not beginners at this point, I don't use blue tooth, but I put a star on it so I could hear better, which I thought was great. Does the sound of the speakers from Golden ear seem netter? Yes, to my ears. Behr.
5.1 digital surround sound is what the studio intended. The sub woofer has 165 Watts. Home theater speakers are certified by the THX. Satellites are 4 x 67 W. It can deliver a continuous 500 watt of power, with the ability to deliver a peak of 1,000 watt under certain circumstances. A flexible setup allows you to connect to six devices. You can instantly personalize your surround sound experience with the compact control console and wireless remote. The system needs to work with any device with a 3.5 millimeter jack, six channel direct, digital coaxial input or optical inputs. The signal to noise ratio is weighted.
👤Don't buy. These speakers are not returnable despite saying they are on Prime. I have a 30 day return window and Amazon won't take them back. I was referred to the manufacturer, but they have not responded yet. It should be clearly stated if an item is not returnable. I have not been able to have the return accepted because my speakers are not usable.
👤The speaker set was amazing. The first problem I experienced was three months ago. It stopped working completely and only two lights were visible on the physical control panel. It started working again after I unplugged it. The same thing happened again a few weeks ago. I have tried the same fix many times. After looking through their support site, forums, and searches, it appears that this is common with the product, and Logitech's response has been all over the board, mostly refusing to replace the units. I won't talk about the sound of the device since there is clearly an issue with the design. It's sad to see that there is a clear flaw in these products and that they are not backing them up. This is going to affect my opinion of the company in a negative way.
👤They are a good speaker sound system, but they last about 5 months so you can't return them. After that they start doing a crack and pop sound, you can reset them, but after a while they stop working all together. So my advice is to look somewhere else. This is a known issue but Logitech will not do anything about it so don't buy these. If you are having a reset loop issue, do not try. The speakers are LEMONS.
👤The product does not work. Sound does not play. I can't return it less than a week after buying it.
👤Amazon won't take it back because it's a black hole and they consider it hazardous. I did not get a response from them. Don't waste time or money.
👤I bought this two months ago. The sound quality was amazing. The right front speaker failed after 2 months because of connection problems. I could work around it. The left front speaker has stopped working and the center speaker has stopped working as well. This has been the worst $300.00 I have ever spent on an item, and as a hard working person I don't have the money to flush down the toilet on CRAP like this. Stay away from this. It's a rap.
👤The system is great for money. If not triple, performance rivals system double its price. I did a lot of research before buying it. The looks of the system are the only annoyance. The speakers look like PC desk top speakers, in which they are realistic. You need to get creative in having them work with the appearance of everything in the room, but that is a big deal. Sound and function are excellent. Would buy it again. Subwoofer is small and has a powerful bass that will shake your house if needed.
